I have no problem waiting. About 45 min had gone by as I watched people come in after me get helped. At this point I waited to see how long it would be before someone asked if I have been helped or acknowledged me. I was finally helped after waiting for 1 hour and 40 min. An employee by the name Ikram helped me. He was apologetic for the wait even though it wasn't his fault. He helped me with what I need and answered all my questions. VERIZON MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS - Do a better job or come up with a way to help the people who show up first. I understand you have appointments but no one should have to wait over 1hour and 30min. Especially when there are more employees present than customers.”
