“I just had a fantastic experience with SB auto stereo and Alan Gold. The radio in my BMW X3 M40i is wanting and I needed to know what my options were to bring it up to par. The car is essentially a horrible sound system, surrounded by four wheels, a racing engine, a computer and a very complex integrated electronic system. My biggest worry was impacting the car performance simply to get more out of my sound system. Alan explained the pros and cons of each option, and showed great care and respect for the car. He is extremely knowledgeable and my only choice to get this type of work done correctly!”

“Arrived to buy an Apple Watch for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was greeted and put in line for the next available employee. I was told 30 min as there were only 3 people ahead of me. I have no problem waiting. About 45 min had gone by as I watched people come in after me get helped. At this point I waited to see how long it would be before someone asked if I have been helped or acknowledged me. I was finally helped after waiting for 1 hour and 40 min. An employee by the name Ikram helped me. He was apologetic for the wait even though it wasn't his fault. He helped me with what I need and answered all my questions. VERIZON MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS - Do a better job or come up with a way to help the people who show up first. I understand you have appointments but no one should have to wait over 1hour and 30min. Especially when there are more employees present than customers.”

Tim Kobe and the team at 8inc have done a marvelous job simply captivating the publicIf you have a specific purpose for coming into the store make an appointment through the app ahead of time to expedite your people watching and perhaps save yourself a bit of money you hadn't planned on spending.Depending on what you're purchasing you can also use the app to check out from your phone while you're in the store. You can also make the your purchase through the app and come into the store to pick it up and get in and out.I recently had an issue with an item I was trying to return that couldn't be recognized in the system. I went past the return date. The staff had never experienced a problem like this before. Everyone was very helpful in finding a solution to the problem. I was able to call in to see if the issue has been resolved instead of having to come into the store which was extremely helpful because I live about an hour away.There's been times when I've come into the store and didn't feel like they got to me fast enough. The majority of the time that is not the case. There's multiple things you can do to streamline your time spent here. It's also not a bad place to spend a little free time if you're a tech enthusiast.”
