“Brought a vehicle to Car Max to sell since we didn't want to deal with placing ads and meeting up for test drives. We received an offer which was valid for 7 days. Price they offered was fair and the process was seamless. They require the title and vehicle registration to complete the sale. If you have only 1 key they will adjust the price down. Luckily we had both so not sure what the adjustment would be. If 2 owners are on the title with an "or", then just 1 person needs to sign off. Car Max will handle all the DMV paperwork. Just remember to cancel your auto insurance for the vehicle. We walked out with a check after a short wait. Easy peasy.”
“I had a fabulous experience buying a 2022 Tesla Model 3. The price was fair. The car is great, especially given that it’s high mileage. Sam was amazing. The best experience I’ve had buying a car. He was super communicative and sent me the latest options once they hit the lot. He took the time to answer all my questions about my financing options. He even came in on his day off for my test drive. If you’re looking for an affordably priced used Tesla and don’t mind high miles, I’d recommend Sam and Hertz. The Teslas seem to get bought super quick so if you see something you like online go that day. The paperwork and signing was fast, no more than an hour. Miguel the manager was also super helpful during the process.”
