She was so kind and easy to work with. She took my measurements and sent my alterations to a tailor and I came back to buy a perfectly fitted blouse for my saree. I will be back for any future events where I may need a saree or lehenga.”

It was an online order at first there was a misunderstanding about a gift card and a debit card but after consulting with the manager there, a nice woman who’s been there for a long time doing a good job and she continued to do that. Good job in this Situation and I appreciate that, they did make me take my mask off when I walked in the store, I didn’t like that but I understood it. I’m glad everything worked out and even though me and some of the teenage workers were a bit contentious, the manager was able to solve all the problems . “The staff at the registers were great! I didn’t need help from the floor staff but I’m sure they’re lovely as well. There was a sale going on, so the little store area was packed very tightly. Also, they were either sold out of or hadn’t gotten a chance to re-stock a lot of product. While waiting in an already long line, I watched a customer completely halt the line as she tied up multiple employees with a ridiculous return request. The staff had some serious patience and never once got cross with that woman. They even kept apologizing which they didn’t need to do. So much chaos handled professionally.”
