“I want to give David a special shout-out. While I was checking out, I gave my number for the rewards program and to my surprise my ex was using my number and had changed the address to his. This wouldn’t be a huge issue except I have a restraining order against this person. David was so kind an understanding, he deleted my ex’s info and changed the address to the store address so that he wouldn’t have access to mine. He then gave me a discount on one of the pairs I purchased. David did not need to do any of that, I can’t express how grateful I am for his understanding. It was a huge surprise to hear that persons name, and one I tried to handle with grace. People like him are what makes the world a better place. Thank you, David.”

“I went here to return the product. It was an online order at first there was a misunderstanding about a gift card and a debit card but after consulting with the manager there, a nice woman who’s been there for a long time doing a good job and she continued to do that. Good job in this Situation and I appreciate that, they did make me take my mask off when I walked in the store, I didn’t like that but I understood it. I’m glad everything worked out and even though me and some of the teenage workers were a bit contentious, the manager was able to solve all the problems . Great store, great work ethic and business etiquette”

“A very nice selection of shoes and boots for both men and women. Brands that you might not normally see at the big box retailers, which is great Unfortunately, the person working here was blatantly lying about details, where the shoes were made, that certain brands were vegan, that were not, details that are easily verifiable with a Google search.”

“Grrrreat selections! I was surprised to see Gucci, Dior, Bottega, Versace, MCM, and Valentino accessories. The beauty section was really good as well. The store was fully stocked however, the women's department was highly congested. The racks are on top of each other, other than that, great selection, be sure to check it out!”

“I love Shoe Addiction....I've never had any problems with management or other employees. I've purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes/boots from there. I even returned a pair that was very uncomfortable. Management was kind, very polite and extremely helpful. Last week I returned a pair of shoes without the receipt.
