“We use their car washes all the time, the Diamond wash is with every penny!! My husband is a do it yourself type but, a few things kept him from getting my oil change done so I went to this grease monkey and am SO pleased I did! This place is clean for a car shop, I was greeted by AJ right away and my car was done within 25 minutes!! I did go on a Thursday morning at 9 am so, that helped. You can literally watch them do the work on your car. I had a great experience here. My husband says he’ll do the next one but, we’ll see.”
“! Purchased full set of Goodyear tires 1 month ago, got a low pressure warning and L rear no visible damage, filled up to same result days later. Went in last week for repair at noon was told no service tech in, went back today at 1:30 explained situation and that it was my 2nd time in to repair was told everyone was on break and that they had 1 tire repair and 1 oil change and that they couldn't help me AGAIN! This is BS customer service I will get the tires repaired BUT WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPT AGAIN! Update 12-22 Ed the store manager became aware of this issue and completely fixed the situation! With this type of Manager I will continue to use this service center.”
