“I’ve been going to Duality on/off for about two years. After my prior gym never got its regular scheduling back after 2020/21, it took me a long time to find a new workout space I loved. Duality is truly the best. The programming is excellent, the trainers are all fun, encouraging, and make sure everyone is lifting safely, and the facility is well-managed, clean, and inviting. It’s also super fun that the owners opened a coffee shop/cocktail bar next door (Side Pony) which has helped me meet people and is very convenient for after class! This isn’t just another workout- it is carefully created programming that is always a little different so always engaging. I prefer Circuit classes with Katy who has been so welcoming- always saying hi to everyone and engaging regulars and new members in every class. She has been patient with me through an injury and helped me find ways to still get in a great workout!! ResCon is an amazing low impact workout, too. I have always been particular with the types of workouts I do and balance with other forms of exercise, and Duality is something I look forward to every week!! Thank you guys!!”

“I absolutely love this gym. I was away from CrossFit (and frankly most resistance exercise) for a few years and was a bit nervous to find a new gym. Lucky for me Cuspis is in my neighborhood, but I can't imagine a better introduction to CrossFit wherever you live in Denver. IMO if you're the sort of person trying to stay fit or get fitter (or even get fit for the first time in your life!) but are nervous about what you might have read about CrossFit in general, give the free workout a shot. The coaches and the other members are both beginner-friendly and you won't feel like you're walking into a grunting meathead factory like at some other spots. People work hard in class, which is part of what makes the place fun & good for you, but nobody's going to make you feel bad for finishing last or using lighter weights.”

“StrechLab has been a great addition to my routine. Staying limber is key to balancing athletic/inactive times and avoiding injuries/aches between. Having a trained professional lead the stretching is so much more effective than attempting to stretch on your own. Definitely would recommend StretchLab to anyone that is considering it.”

“I have been going to the HIIT classes at this gym for about 6 weeks now and the results are incredible! I actually have arm muscles now... I can lift more weight than before. The coaches really want to make sure you are doing each exercise the right way to prevent any injury. Each class is different so it's always exciting. I love the different challenges. I've belonged to a lot of gyms - January comes around I find a good deal and 2-3 months later I'm bored of it because I'm not seeing the scale drop or legit results... well here I am only 6 weeks later and I AM seeing awesome results. Give it a try! You won't regret it!”

“I decided to give F45-Cory Merrill a try and signed up for their kickstart trail month and I am blown away! I've been going for almost a month and am already seeing progress in my body definition and a little weight loss which is exactly what I was looking for! Going to the gym/lifting weights/working out in general has always been difficult for me as I never know what to do once I get to the gym. F45 makes it so easy with having the work outs created and played on a screen as you work through each pod! I also really enjoy the environment of F45 - sometimes gyms feel intimidating for me but the coaches and other classmates are supportive and encouraging - shout out to Coach Maggie and Luis!! Each day of the week the classes vary and focus on different types of work outs (HIIT, strength training, resistance training, etc) so you can chose classes that meet the needs you are wanting to work out. I also love how they are able to fit a solid workout routine in only 45 minutes! Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

“This gym and community rocks! I completed the 30 day challenge and continued with my membership because truly, this gym rocks. Every trainer is so supportive, helpful, and most importantly, make the workouts FUN! Working out is a hard habit to build but the 30 challenge is a great way to kick-start a routine, diet, meal prepping, etc to start feeling your best self! Oh, and the workouts are 40 mins…so it fits right in with a busy lifestyle! Seriously, stop in if you are interested and ready to start feeling your best and lose a couple inches/weight along the way! :)”

“This gym has been one of my favorite CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. The coaches are very knowledgeable, know how to modify movements, and are inclusive to athletes of all levels. The warm ups are very extensive to help avoid injuries, and going through the burgener warm ups are so helpful to understand the mechanics of each movement. Definitely a gym I recommend to anyone!”

You gain so much by taking classes at Fusion Combat: a helpful and kind community, dynamic workouts, comprehensive and specialized instruction, and a wealth of self-defense techniques that you can apply to real-life situations. Everyone in the community seems eager to learn and help each other grow. Jesse is an incredible coach who genuinely cares about helping students improve and remain safe in and outside of class. I was a little nervous to begin combat training classes as a woman with no experience, but it’s been one of the most empowering things I’ve done and consistently one of the best parts of my week. I just signed up for my second year and can’t wait to keep training. If you’re on the fence, definitely check it out!”
