“I should have written this a long time ago, as now I can't remember everyones names..but I will say they helped save my weekend! I had rented a teardrop trailer that had a different utility hook up than what my car had..and after running to 2 different auto parts stores in search of an adapter, I landed at this U-Haul location.. The young man that helped me was wonderful!! He did not have the adapter I needed, but he was able to figure out how to work with what he had..and rewired quickly so I had lights and blinkers for the tow!! I can't thank them enough! So helpful and really went above and beyond! Excellent customer care!”

“Overall good experience. Pickup and dropoff and was smooth process. They reimburse any miles not driven back to your bank account. Need to refuel gas to the previous reading. Pickup Van was in great condition and drive was ease.Please be patient they get busy and may be a wait but will get you serviced. Thanks.”
