“I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. ? I was surprised to learn it’s a father and daughter team that runs the shop. Well done Pops teaching that young lady how to run a business. Your not ginna get top dollar on something you take in, so dont even bother. But this place right here will get you all they can to help out. They talk you through why and how they came up to the price. Not one time have I walked outta there upset or felt I was screwed over. As soon as you step foot inside they will guve you the greatest customer service. This store is truly the best in Denver. I wont ever go to another shop and i will always take and refer anyone to them. “I absolutely love the people/owners here!! Great, friendly, knowledgeable & off they don't know they'll find out. Sure they may have older stuff but that suits me just fine bc I have older tools! Nice knife selection, game systems, TV's, bicycles but best of all they're Christians who do not in anyway shape or form force or even talk about religion unless it's bright to they're attention. Very nice people!!!”

“I have been coming to this place for good 10yrs now. I also goes to other branches across town to find good deals. So far, this place is the best. Obi is such a wonderful guy & very nice. The nicest I have ever encounter in all EZ Pawn I have been too. Very considerate, kind & understanding. He doesnt have any room for rudeness. Wish all employees are like him. One of a kind. Being a nurse, I always appreciate people that have kindness in their hearts. The owner should praise him for doing a great job. I encountered a very nice person name Brittany a couple days ago. Very nice & professional. Helped me with ease. This kind of person should be the one working here since not all of them that work in this place are nice & with empathy. “I've been looking for a case for my SG style guitar for a while. I happened to mention that to a friend & she suggested checking the First Cash Pawn on Federal. I stopped there on Jul 3rd. Monita was bringing in a bicycle (near closing time). I told her that I was looking for a guitar case & I described the guitar. She went in the back & found one that looked like it might fit.I also found a cool little Fender Frontman 15G home practice amp. The price had been reduced 2 times. Great deal on that little jewel. I put down $20 to layaway both items.I returned Jul 5th to finish paying for the items. They were very busy. After a short wait, Alex helped me get checked out. I brought my guitar & the case was a perfect fit! I also brought a cord so I could test the Fender amp. It worked just fine.While waiting, I looked at their jewelry. I'm far from an expert, but their stuff was better than other shops I visited on the guitar case quest.So, Monita & Alex earned my 5-star review. They treated me like a regular. Recommend this First Cash. I will shop there again.”
