Even in the middle of being busy they managed to help me out. This is service! Happy they are my neighborhood ups store!”

He and another staff member signed and notarized my documents in less than 15 minutes, even though the store was very busy.”
“Much to my dismay I arrived for my appointment with the notary when the store was closed due to modified spring break hours (this store is on UM campus). I do not believe this was the store's fault. Terrence let me in anyway and assisted me with printing, notarizing and signing my time sensitive documents. He was very thorough, kind, and helpful.
