I dropped off my Amazon returns and asked if they would take a package belonging to USPS. The employee went out of her way (should have asked her name, but she's tanned and dark haired) to confirm they could take it on my behalf for pick up the next day. The final outcome: I received my refund already (although the package was almost too late to return). I wish I can thank that caring individual and wish her a great day and a raise soon enough.
