Communication was excellent in the run-up to moving day. The movers had stick-to-it efficiency, were respectful of our needs, and took extreme care with our antiques and sentimental possessions. Robert called us mid-move, to make sure everything was going to our satisfaction. There was zero damage to walls, halls and other surroundings, on either the move-out from our old place or the move-in to the new one. And the price was well within norms and expectations, with no surprise plus-ups.South Florida is DOT certified and licensed. They were super dependable. They showed up on time and with everything they needed and had me packed and ready to go ahead of schedule.They go above and beyond. They understand the stress of moving and stay calm and understanding throughout the process. The best part for me was after the move and they were no longer under any obligation, they continued to take my calls and the owner has what must be a photographic memory, to remember what box was left where. All the boxes were clearly and intuitively marked making it easy to locate things upon arrival. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!!”

“My husband thought that he had reserved storage for mid size car in Miami on Feb 28 at A1 Storage but when we arrived it was too small and they had no more space for us. It was late after 530pm and most places were closing. The lady at A1 Storage felt so bad that she started helping me find another place. My husband was on the phone and I was reserving the space online. So by God’s grace and favor, we found Extra Space Storage on SW127thStreet and what a blessing our little angel Luisa Mendez was to us!
