Purchased my 23 EQE and the sales staff is fantastic. This is my 3rd Benz purchase and this was by far the most hassle free of the three dealers. My salesmen was Sam J and he was excellent.

Ok so where do i start they. Make an agreement for price. Then i get call hey the finance officer made mistake then they close as close as possible. Then the day i was supposed to pick up car get call from manager saying she could not let the deal go thru. Because someone gave wrong price again. So over $30 a month she got this review instead So instead of disappointing my family a 2 time. I had no choice but to go thru with it. But she called me 1 hour before i was picking up the car. So that was nightmare Salesman was great. Mike nice guy friendly. But he represents. A company that their word is not good for anything. He told me im sorry this is not me its them. So. Now i have horrible taste in my mouth would never ever go back Even though mike is great sales guy and magazines mention him. Hes selling for a company that there word ment nothing and i see that they answer all there reviews but not one said hey come in we will fix They just say sorry and keep your money

Ordered a replacement part (internet). At least I thought I ordered the correct part.. incorrect item for my car.. have sent (4) emails trying to return the item.. keep getting a auto response with my order # and past shipping info..poor CS after the sale… ?

I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing three vehicles from this dealership; primarily because of the sales agent Michael Altamura.. He impressed me during the first transaction in 2015 and we built a solid relationship based on integrity, honesty and respect.I relocated from New York to Charlotte NC in 2019 and visited the dealership in Charlotte. My expectations were not met and I chose to continue working with the Helms dealership despite the distance challenges.

A week ago ,my husband and I went to here. At first, we just wanna take a look the suv .as soon as we walked in, we saw Leonard who greeted us warmly. I explained to him the style which I like! He explained it to us patiently. Before I didn’t plan to buy it soon, but Leonard was so professional that we decided to buy the new car! Thank you so much Leonard for all your help!

I am not one to leave negative reviews, however my experience with the service department at Helms bros lays in the balance of how they are handling an issue that to me looks to be more on the side of something being made very cheaply by Mercedes. I will post my final review this coming week as they have reached out to me and are going to try and replace my arm rest of my truck that is only about a year and a half old. Stay Tuned.Updated!Fast forward about a week and half later and I have to say Helms Service dept and my Advisor Alan held true to their word In correcting the issues with my truck. They replaced the center console, and the left side drivers panel that for some reason was wearing. Alan also replaced the back numbers that began to come off after each car wash which again isn’t the fault of the service dept, but more a testament to the way things are just built these days. Nether the less helms bros said no problem and took care of it. So all in all I’d have to say they get an A+ for making me a happy customer and for really handling this issue for me. Thank you Alan and the Team at Helms Service Dept ??

I was misquoted on the price of a vehicle and didn't find out the actual value until speaking to a finance manager who tried to blame me for it. I still haven't received my deposit back after changing my mind. I know dealerships are not supposed to be your friend but their conduct is completely unacceptable and I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

When we stepped out from the dealership last Saturday, we found out my car got scratched at their parking lot by the Mercedes S next to me which was purchased from this dealership. We walked back to the dealership and asked the front desk to get the parking lot camera footage for the record but they said the camera guy was not in the office until following Monday. We then asked nicely to speak to the manger and find out the owner of the other vehicle but the salesperson who is named Ernesto blocked us, lied to us and tried to playing the game with us saying that the manager was in the meeting and he refused and wouldn't allow us to look for her. 5 minuets later it turned out the manger who is named Jennifer was available when we talked to another salesperson. We showed the damage part of my car to the manager, and she promised that she would help look for the owner of the other vehicle for us but she never showed up again in the end as we waited another 15 mins at the parking lot for the answer or solution! It's clear that this dealership wanted to protect their customer who purchased their Mercedes from them before even though he was at fault, and we are still very angry that there's no apologies from the dealership, nor no solution was provided by them since the incident happened. We still don't know who's the owner of the other Mercedes, and we had no other choice but contacting my insurance broker to help us find the owner of the vehicle through the license plate number and claim for his/her insurance to repair for my damage.Mercedes is a nice brand, but I would not recommend to this dealership due to incompetence, dishonest, and poor management team who tried to cover up their customer's fault and refused to provide solution to a potential customer!

Just want to say thanks to Anthony Ferraro who helped me buy the most wicked and coolest car I ever owned. My 2021 Audi TT RS... Anthony was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the car to me. He even let me test drive it!!! I went to other dealers that didn't even want me to do that (and the cars were not even as cool as my Audi). The buying process was very quick and easy. Anthony is a great person and my go to if I buy another car from Helms Bros. I would also like to thank the great people I met at Helms Bros! Really nice people work there. If you're looking for a nice and sexy Mercedes or any other brand of vehicle they have for sale I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Came in the store multiple times looking for a new car, but the representatives were horrible. Since this dealership was recommended and nearby we thought that it would have employees that would be attentive and knowledge, but instead they profiled my wife and I. We were left alone by every employee aside from an older gentleman who simply just got up from his desk to give us a card in hopes of the off chance that we'd give him a call as we browsed the inventory. Who had to make an appointment at the water cooler to laugh and joke with his co-workers. We were completely left alone to look at all the cars without a single clue of what to look for.My wife and I came another time since we preferred Mercedes over the other brands but this time we were approved by Dave Jennings who basically profiled us as well with half heated service and eventually as we were browsing yet another card basically asking us to leave.

I recently bought my car off of lease since a replacement was not available for me to order. This is my 3rd car from Helms Bros. and my 4th experience dealing with Jeffrey Stampler. The process continues to be amazing, easy, and seamless. I cant wait to trade in this vehicle and get my next car. I am sure the fifth experience will continue to exceed my expectations.

UNPROFESSIONAL sales rep Ricardo Farias Am cash buyer and contacted dealer asking about availability and price of 2021 E53 amg because on online site showed it as 4k overpriced, received a short answer saying, our cars are well priced and this car sold. But I've followed it online and it hasn't sold. NOT HOW A Mercedes dealer should be.
