I highly recommend Torchwood wine and spirits. Not only that but they have a huge selection of different flavors of whatever you may thirst that stand above the rest.”

“I am old and somewhat handicapped… at this store 1/3/24 approx 1:50 pm and employee named Makenna was very very helpful to me by helping me figure out QR code and getting label for one parcel.. the second parcel i asked if they had a small cart to bring in pkg, she offered and helped me get the pkg out of my vehicle, and again helped me with the QR code/label…. Very polite and very helpful, i hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service!!!”
“I had my wedding table numbers and seating chart printed here and there were no options for the sizes that I needed so they needed to be cut down to size. Al helped me figure out the best way to go about trimming them so that they were all even. They needed to be trimmed on all sides which made it more difficult and even though I said not to worry if it was too difficult and that I would just take them as is, Al took the time to do exactly what I needed and they came out perfect! I have also had great experience with my amazon returns here! The man that is usually doing the returns is very nice and helpful! Their print center is fast and I would highly recommend!”

“I had to come into the store to get a document printed from my phone last week and they were very helpful to me. My only problem is that I'm handicapped because of my Ms and there's no wheelchairs to negotiate the store and this lady named Diana was a very big help to me that evening I cannot say enough about her or the gentleman that helped me at the front counter I will give definitely give the employees five stars but the store itself a one for not supplying at least a wheelchair to get around in the store. It's a good size store and I believe they can justify having one there.”

I stopped at the FedEx office location on Erie Blvd on my way home. Krystal, the FedEx team member who helped me, was great. She was friendly and receptive, and took the time to make sure all the details were in order. She was also careful with the item I was sending. “On Sunday April 3rd I was looking for a business card service to create a card for my various jobs and hobbies. There is a great number business card suppliers online, but my solution was found a half mile away at my local STAPLES. Staples offers an amazing array of cards for every type of business and need. These also come at a very reasonable cost. Where Staples created the need for me to write a Yelp! is how their customer service was far exceeding many of the businesses I wrote about. Ordered on Sunday night, I picked up my cards (hopefully my picture will come out on this Yelp!) that we're able to represent the different ventures I pursue. Jessie, the Print and Marketing Supervisor put together my order. She thoroughly checked every card and threw in a few extra for my wait. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable in her working with me. On a return visit, I met Ruth. An incredibly helpful and friendly cashier who told me about future sales for teachers and upon request, gave me the directions on how to complete a survey for them. I missed it by one day unfortunately. What was amazing about Ruth and this organization is that Ruth uses a walker to sit on and to get around with the wheels. This tells me that Staples hires diversity and recognizes hard work not disabilities. Finally, I have always loved this store and the various teacher solutions and technology solutions that is provides. Do Salatino, the general manager, runs a good ship, helping employees, shoppers and businesses meet their needs.”

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”

“Quick service! Humble Staff! Very helpful to everyone. The elders get the most attention needed and I have always seen them leaving the facility satisfied.Not really crowded on an average basis, so plenty of a parking space. For those who don't know, you can get a money order here with your Debit card with a minimal Govt authorized charge, much probably like any other USPS, but I have used these services here in this particular facility for a long time and I never have been stumped yet.So, even if it's a few minutes long route, you can get your things done here faster and RIGHT!”

“My workplace has started using FEDEX to ship some items, which I've started being the runner for after work. This is the location I drop our shipments off to during my evening commute home. The staff here are always quick, helpful, and friendly whenever I walk in to drop off. I've also asked about passports here and they were really thorough on the timeframes. I have no complaints!”
