“More space and brighter, compared to their previous location which was very tight. Still a small store so can find needs but not an extensive variety. There's a rewards card which can earn you $20 discount after 100 stamps (1 stamp per $10 purchase). Tip: if you forgot your rewards card, have your receipt stamped and bring it back the next time to be added to your card. Helpful staff. Have been enjoying the riceballs from here - less than $3 each. Seaweed wrapper is separate until ready to eat. Haven't tried their other cooked food items.”

“Seems to be new people running the shop. Same great coffee and good food. Have to say that I used to hesitate going there when the older women was there...I felt unwelcomed. The man behind the counter now is quiet but cordial. Glad to have another go-to for coffee and a great bite of food. And their grocery section is chock full of great pastries, pasta, sauces, and more.”

“After hearing so much about this spot, was treated by a friend to some vegetarian momos, veggie samosas, and a mango lassi. I’ve had momos once before and didn’t enjoy, but these definitely changed my view for the better. I was hooked on the peanut orange sauce and spicy red sauce that came with them; use with caution if you’re sensitive to heat like myself. The samosa was amazing and I enjoyed the crispy flavor of the shell with the sweet sauce. I never had such a filling, thick mango lassi before— will be my go-to drink going forward here. The woman behind the cashier that also worked on preparing the food was super sweet and patient with ordering. Will be back again to try the paratha cheesy momo wrap and paratha breakfast wrap!”

“My family has been shopping here for as long as I can remember - they're the best place to get Israeli products in NYC and, over a decade after leaving the city, I've yet to find anywhere that comes close. The products are great quality. Prices have increased, but that's true everywhere. The store is small and often crowded, so expect a little bit of chaos, but everyone has always been helpful and kind. The nuts, dried fruit, olives by weight, halva are all excellent and have been for at least the last three decades :) Go and enjoy!”

“This is a fantastic local kosher supermarket, offering all kosher products found elsewhere. The store is a pleasure to shop at, with helpful staff, clean and bright store with never having to wait long (if at all) for checkout lines. The prices are generally very reasonable and their sales are great. They also have a lot for free parking.Parking lot is now re-paved!”

“The variety and quantity of fresh vegetables, tubers and fruits is phenomenal. They turn their inventory over very frequently so everything is absolutely freshest you'll find.We have scheduled going to trader Joe's on a weekly basis just to pick up fruits, vegetables and fresh stuff.Folks are working or very friendly. You can talk to him, but don't forget they're working and they're good at what they do.We have switched our allegiance from trader Joe's on metropolitan new woodhaven boulevard to trader Joe's or just off Queens boulevard and Yellowstone boulevard. It has a great great variety. More so than the metropolitan avenue store. After all, it's a lot bigger.Very very highly recommended!”

“Had to leave a review because damn, my wrap is so good! I got the chicken Ceasar wrap and when I tell you, each bite always has a little of everything :) the croutons are crunchy, the dressing isn't too heavy- honestly, just right. And the customer service I received today was top tier! Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich, wrap, panini etc from here- well worth it!!”

“Great shop for vegetarian meats and products. Have been stopping by a few times a year to stock up on things. Love the frozen goods especially the vegan fish tofu and the vegan Hong Kong BBQ meat. Always pick up some of the dried TVP they are always a great price here. I like to grab a few packages of the vegan jerky as well as a nice snack that is fairly priced. Staff is always helpful and kind whenever we stop by. Have not tried the vegetable meat fluff “pork floss” yet, but am very excited as it’s a product I have greatly missed since becoming vegetarian!”

“Great little Greek supermarket in Astoria Queens.. assortment of delicious Feta's and fresh ricotta cheese's. Large choices of Greek Olive Oil's at very good prices. “We love Sevan Grocery & Restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Ambiance is wonderful. They have a variety of great Middle Eastern foods in stock in the grocery store. We have had some excellent parties in the restaurant. The food is delicious & varied and the service is great. The front room can hold about 100 people with room for a live band and even dancing. There is a wonderful area in the back that can accommodate nice size parties too. I can highly recommend both the restaurant and the grocery. You will be happy you came! “First thing I want to say is that there are many fake reviews on this restaurant and I can't believe yelp hasn't spotted them? Now to the review. The sandwiches from the menu are perfect. Excellent selection of everything you're looking for, great value for your money and I haven't encountered an employee whom wasn't approachable nor friendly. If you're also a Queens resident, the drive is worth it as parking is plentiful and it is the best stocked store!”
