“I absolutely love this convenient store! It's my go-to place for quick essentials and snacks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Plus, they have a great selection of fresh sandwiches and hot coffee. It's a lifesaver for those on the go!”

“This was an absolutely wonderful place to go for your European/Slavic foods. The owners were extremely friendly, and helpful. The prices are fantastic for imported goods. A lot of Ukrainian products, and accepting donations to Ukraine. Will be visiting this place more often.”
“Good selection of Latin ingredients and as expected prices are higher than they were when I lived in Raleigh. Well worth a stop to stock up on some items that are hard to find in SC I am on a business trip and don't really have a whole lot of time but there is one section that is consistently well stocked with some of the items I use in the kitchen for my favorite Latino dishes. When in the area I don't miss a stop to this store and once in a while I see a familiar face”
“Recently left my phone here on Halloween morning by mistake. I called the phone twice and someone that worked the register answered. I was grateful for that huge gesture.”
“Amy spent time on the phone with me to figure out my best option to get insulin as a type 1 diabetic without insurance. This is extremely stressful for me as it costs so much for something my life depends on. Thank you Amy for taking the time and care to get me taken care of!”
“I have used this station from time to time for regular gas only. I have gotten better gas mileage with regular gas from this station than some other stations (NOT Shell). The gasoline at this Family Fare is Shell gasoline. The out side is often a bit crowded (probably due to their low prices [ check Gasbuddy]). The appearance is neat and surprisingly clean for the amount of vehicles being served. Not a convenience store groupie and haven't been inside; but, have noticed a lot of foot traffic going and coming at the door. I use my Kroger 10 cent per gallon discount and my 5% credit card discounts at this station (I do not recommend Kroger gas even if free). 2016 Hyundai Elantra speaking”

1741 Trawick Rd, Raleigh“I go here almost every morning. They always have fresh coffee ready to go. The store is privately owned by a very nice family. Always stocked with snacks and drinks to enjoy and start the day off right. Gas prices themselves usually beat any others in the Raleigh-area. The mornings around 7 and afternoons around 3-4 are usually fairly busy but the lot is quite spacious and there are a lot of pumps. I have never had any issues with the "please see cashier" message and I have ever seen a pump out of service. The bathrooms inside which are free to use are very clean and have actually decent toilet paper. If you are driving through the area or are a local looking for cheap gas, I would definitely recommend this location.”
8AM - 10PM
149 E Davie St, Raleigh“THE STORE IS GREAT. EVERYTHING PRICES IN THE STORE IS GREAT. JUST CANNOT STAND OF FEW STAFFS THAT WANT TO “talk talk” while they have customers that wait in long line especially for deaf people, IM so IMPATIENT if the worker want to talk or make a laugh w their staffs while Im in hurry.”

3945 Western Blvd, Raleigh“My car was broke down and I had no idea what to get to fix it, and turns out I put in the wrong type of gas. The cashier helped me buy some octane (I think that’s what it’s called) to help the car process the gas. He’s so helpful and I felt so welcome in this gas station compared to others. He basically saved my car and my job. My car started working in 30 minutes and I was only 10 minutes late to work rather than a no show. I will be returning to this location.”

1825 N New Hope Rd, Raleigh“I love shopping at Uncle Bill's. I always have a great time. Bill always is there, rain or shine, with a cheery attitude. His smile just warms my heart and completes my soul. He is such an amazing person. I can not put into words how much I love shopping at Uncle Bill's. Say hi to Bill for me next you go there! Anyone who says anything bad about Bill, or Bill's establishment, can talk to me about it. I will be behind Uncle Bills at 5:30 every Thursday night to fight Uncle Bill's haters. Be warned: I am a yellow belt in karate.”

“Recently stumbled upon this location while exploring the area in search of a great breakfast spot and I absolutely Love the food and service here! I could eat at Pauls everyday. Great food at a great price. Never had a long wait but if ever I do it’s well worth it because the food is always made perfectly scrumptious. Not to mention it’s also a full blown Grocery store and gas station. Talk about a one stop shop THIS IS IT! The hot sauce and bbq sauce selection is quite impressive to see while waiting in line to order. I highly recommend this place.”

1709 Lake Wheeler Rd, Raleigh“The place recently reopened, so the gas is super cheap ($3.39 in August 2023)!!!Though the inside didn't seem open when I went there around midnight, the gas pumps still worked. I remember when this place was open a few years ago, and it seems they closed down cause of a fire.Anyways, though the back is still closed (subway I think?), it's overall a quality gas station.New! More”

3704 New Bern Ave, Raleigh“The older African American gentleman is so sweet! He made sure there were gloves available so I could pump gas, chased away a panhandler by offering her whatever she needed from the store for free. He reminded her they always give her what she needs for free and not to beg from the store’s customers. Also, if you’re hungry, there an African food truck on site in the evenings! It’s called Olive Oyle, and has its own Google listing. Check it out!”

122 W Peace St, Raleigh“I go out of my way to get gas here because it's always cheaper than the other gas stations in Raleigh. It's a little tough to get out of the station if it is busy, but it's convenient to get to from the road”
“Love coming here to get snacks and drinks, they always have the best stuff! Vapes options are great too almost like a vape shop. This place is the hook up for all your drink and snack needs. They even have frozen popsicles!”

801 S New Hope Rd, Raleigh“Stopped for gas. There's not much to say. There were plenty of available pumps. The lot was clean. The gas prices were the norm for the area. I didn't go inside the store, so I can't speak on it. They didn't accept ApplePay which was shocking. That would've made my purchase much easier. Of course, it didn't produce a receipt when I asked for one. So, I just pulled off because I was in a rush. I recommend this location.”
