“The absolute BEST pharmacy in the Triangle. Very family oriented. They always call if there is an issue with my prescriptions, and they have a great program that allows you to get all of your meds on the SAME DAY. It's much better than chain pharmacies!! Oh, and they actually answer the phone. You don't have to talk to an automated system, and THEN get put on hold for 30 minutes! I love this place!!”

“I love shopping at Harris Teeter. I was there today not once but 3 times. First time I went I we got something from the deli. Second time was I needed little neck clam. I called and they only had 3 bags left of 50. The guy was so nice and left a bag on side for me. The third time I went back for more fish. Got it! Love my Teeter!”

Whereas most people just graze over me clinking around with my cane, or even give me agitated looks, Pam took the time to talk with me for a few minutes and even pray with me regarding my illness. There couldn’t be a better representative of a company out there; she literally made my day. We need more people like Pam in this world.”
“This was our first visit to this location and we can not say enough wonderful things! We were immediately greeted by 2 employees in the electronic area with unbelievable knowledge about their products! We wish we could remember the young man’s name that approached us first, he and Brittani had excellent customer service skills! You just do not find that any where any more! Thank you Costco for hiring such excellent folks! Oh & may we add, they even have someone at their exit door to assist you with loading your merchandise in the pouring rain! Five star Costco!”

He had me describe what I wanted and helped me find the perfect bouquet within my budget (he also offered me some lovely life advice, which was very sweet and appreciated)! Self checkout gave me some problems, but Helen helped me while cracking jokes, which made the experience all the better :)”

“I ordered a sub from the harris teeter today and Aimee was extremely helpful. She took care of me and my friend. She even made sure to not give us a batch of vegetables because they didnt look good. A whole batch of jalapeños didnt look good so she replaced it with a new one. I’ll definitely be coming back to order. She deserves a raise or recognition for her excellent customer service”
“I try to go here as often as needed. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense to drive all the way to Sam’s for gas. The savings isn’t that much, but since I pay annually for the membership I get a little of it back each time I can conveniently get there.”
“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”
“This review is for the pharmacy. Know that this is a very old store and not a Super Center. It's more of a convenience stop for necessities. Get in and get out. Everyone in the pharmacy does an exceptional job, and the prices are often cheaper than a copay. Way way better than Walgreens. Once you get into the Walmart pharmacy system, you can easily fill prescriptions at any Walmart.”
“Incredibly fast mail service. I use them for a prescription that would be $100 per month via my CVS Caremark insurance, Oakridge is $35 per month. Wish they had online or auto-refill but the calls are always answered quickly and efficiently.”

I had mistakenly ordered a cookie cake for Veterans Day thinking it was same day order so when I got there it was not ready (24 hrs for custom orders so it was set for next day). A sweet lady came out from her lunch break to make the cookie cake for me and I can’t thank her enough! I didn’t get her name, but kudos for great customer service! Thank you!”
