“Awesome! knowledgeable in an array of technology machines. I called 6 different places for a cell phone loose charging port. ( That I've been fighting almost a year, I've used the air spray, the ear swab, tooth pics, etc; ) every one wanted to order the part , pay in advance over the phone.... Called ProTechs , stated he'd have to order the part OR ....... Just come in , maybe it's dirty. ............... did just that, 3 mins later It looked like I had brand new charging port up in my phone. No idea how he did it , but it works like a champ now. Asked afew other questions in older computers, gave me the not so much the answers I wanted. ??. But what had to be done , bc of the age. I will most likely , probably, 100% go back , every time for any of technology machinery problems !”
“I was really grateful for the timely service I received to have my phone screen replaced. Gratefully I carry insurance on my phone for repairs and the process was simple, fast, and easy. Though I do not have the newest smartphone on the market, this location had a case for my phone and also tempered glass to put over my new screen. Great job guys, thanks for the awesome service!”

“We had bought two Deep Cycle AGM batteries for our RV when we were on the road in Austin TX back in April of 23. When we went to winterize the RV and place the batteries on a trickle charger, one of them came up with a short error. I took the one battery to my local store and they tested it, confirmed it was bad and had another matching battery from another store delivered in the after noon. I was able to drop off and pick up a new battery on the same day at nor cost with the warranty. Great warranty and customer service. Thank you batteries plus!. I also love that I can bring all my old light bulbs etc there to be recycled. Another plus!!”
“I took my phone here since it was not charging. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my phone by just cleaning out some pocket lint from the charge port. I am confident a competitor would have replaced the whole charge port and I would have paid substantially more.
