“My husband and I stopped in TSC for our first time on Sunday, 9/10/23. We had our 2 year old grandson with us. I was looking for a sharpening stone. They had several to choose from. We also picked up some bird suet, hummingbird feeder, and a toy green deer tractor ? for our grandson. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a place to bathe your dog. We will have to try that out. I have three furbabies that I bathe at home but would love to try the Pet Wash Station at TSC. They even supply the towels! It's only $9.99 per pet.”
“The store is 2 stories so it's not wheelchair friendly. If you buy something heavy make sure you bring able body friends as you're responsible for moving it. The furniture there is good quality and the sell appliances and they had plenty of stainless steel fridges some are in great condition, some are in scratch and dent but are new. They also have a small amount of washer and dryers. Plenty of flooring and different colors and if you need vinyl blinds to here before buying from anywhere. They also have limited furniture but they do have a good selection if you need a small collection.”
“My wife and I purchased a home last year that had gutters and siding installed by Schneider home equipment. The gutter and fascia board began separating at one end of the house. I called Schneider and they came out and corrected the problem and it took them less than an hour. Honest company that stands by their work, will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to others.”

“Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". “Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”
“Menards has some of the best prices around thanks to the 11% rebate program that is in place for most of the year. Menards also celebrates tools and such made in the USA by having Made in the USA sales periodically on products made in the United States. Very cool and appreciated.”
“Nothing super special but I just wanted to comment that all the workers I walked by, I have them my midwestern customary eye contact, smile, nod, and say hello.I got warm pleasantries reciprocated.. I recently moved to North Carolina and noticed not as friendly of people but unable to pinpoint it.It’s definitely, at least partially, due to this. Or lack of it.It feels welcoming and comfortable and I got that tonight from this Home Depot and the 7 or so employees I encountered.Nothing groundbreaking lol. It’s a Home Depot. Spend about 5% of my yearly income here trying to start insane projects I’m way way unqualified for m. I love it”

“I know employees come and go but the staff working at this location were very attentive and went out of there way to help me. “"Service after the Sale" It has been almost 4 years after we had our kitchen remodeled and I called today with a issue with our counter top. Within 8 minutes I have a call back from Dave Carver with three options to solve the issue. Dave made the call to the countertop company and 3 minutes later I receive a call to schedule my repair. This service is why we picked Jim Carver and Sons to remodel our 2.5 bathrooms and our kitchen. Happy customer here!”
