“Yesterday went for oil change. Zack was very helpful to explain how oil works and properly choosing the correct kind. I was there for about1 1/2 hours. Nice waiting area with snacks and drinks! A little longer wait than expected. Nice people.”

The owner of this garage took the time our of his busy afternoon to look at my car and give me some advice. I think that he could see how upset I was and he was extremely kind to me. “Unfortunately, after the oil change, my battery died and was unable to be jumped. The guys got a new batter and installed it. BUT then my car electronics went haywire. With the help of google and some brain power, the guys tried several methods to reset it. Hallelujah it worked! A simple oil changed turned into a bit of an oddesey, but your guys came through. I did not think to get their names but a big thank you to them!”
“I recently visited Michael's Tires Plus to have my two front tires replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, and David was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I could come in the same day. He made the entire process seamless and was very friendly, taking the time to explain all my tire options.Interestingly, my visit coincided with the April 8th Total eclipsed, and I had a couple of really cool moments with the rest of the team. It was a great atmosphere, and I left feeling well taken care of.Overall, I highly recommend Michael's Tires Plus for their excellent service and friendly staff! 10/10 5 Stars ???”

“I had a mishap in my wife’s car this morning from some debris in the road. I cleared the debris and wanted to make sure there was no damage to the undercarriage so I did a quick search for auto service in the area because I live about an hour away. I tried a regional chain and was told it would be an hour and a half at minimum. Decided to try Tuffy and they took it right in and checked for damage. In addition, they didn’t charge for their service. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I would highly recommend.”
“My car recently blew a tire and needed to get them changed. I ordered my tires and appointment online through Good Year and had it scheduled two days later. While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!”
“Stellar service! They were very busy but still got me in and out in a reasonable time! I want to shout out the mechanic who helped me, but I can’t for the life of me remember!! If you were the assistant manager who helped me out (I had 4 bulbs out and asked you way too many questions) on 4/1 around noon, you were great!! Thank you for answering all of my questions with such care and explaining in terms that someone who has NO knowledge of cars could understand!I came in for a regular oil change and ended up needing 4 bulbs changed and he also made me aware of all other things I may need to keep an eye on my car! I could tell many of the other mechanics there were asking him for assistance but he made sure to help me first!”

“Sam's been our mechanic for years. Anytime anything is wrong with our vehicles, we contact him. He's an awesome dude and knows what he's doing! He doesn't just fix it and send you off, he explains, points out sounds or smells and gives you any info he can. We don't live close, but he's worth the drive. His quality work is worth it. Can't recommend McCowans enough!”
“I've never really been to an oil change place. I usually do it myself so I don't know what to expect. But we went there for an oil change. They checked our tire pressure, air filters and some other things and gave us some indicators of some possible problems that may be occurring with our vehicle. They did not try to promote business because the things they told us that maybe going wrong with our vehicles is nothing they do there. A plus”
“Take your vehicle here. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. Help support your local small business. It's a lesson I learned today and won't forget. Thank you gentlemen. You have earned a lifelong customer today. :)”

“Not having to get out of the car is convenient, as well as not having to schedule an appointment. The oil change and related checks were completed quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return the same day because the technician reset my service alert to 197,000+ miles instead of at 122,000+ miles where it belongs. Including a discount, sixty dollars plus - without a filter - seems a bit pricey.”

He stayed late on Halloween afternoon to accommodate my last minute visit, waded through a few symptoms to find the root cause of my car’s issue (including bypassing the chance to upsell), had me back on the road within a business day, and all for a reasonable price.
