The team did my pre- purchase inspection on the car and helped me create a service plan outlining which repairs were more pressing than others.Every time I have gone back I have been greeted by smiling faces and patient people willing to explain to me what's being worked on or what other surprises they encountered that need to be addressed. “Don’t go to bmw to get your car serviced lol I’d come here. They take care of my cars every time I need something and it’s always fast, way quicker than the bmw dealership would be. On top of that the service is amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but the two men at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful people. Will definitely be a long time customer of theirs.”

“I just had the most delightful experience leasing a new XT4 from Cincinnati Cadillac. It started with a phone call to Ms Teresa who made my appointment and greeted us on arrival. Then we met Kyle, a sales associate who was so informative and helpful. She directed us to the vehicle for a test drive. Loved the way the car handled and it was such a quiet ride.Back at the dealership, Eric,the sales manager, got to work on putting an awesome deal together. The team work and the professionalism was epic. I was not expecting to close a deal today and yet, there we were all signed, (with Stephen, the finance guy) sealed, and delivered in a short period of time. Oh yeah, the parts department guy, Tim, even had my weather mats in stock…woohoo!So pleased to know some businesses still know how to put their clients first!Highly recommend!”
“All the staff at Kitu’s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. Kitu himself is very hands on with the repair process ensuring everything is done correctly and communicating details related to the repair. They were super helpfuly getting me schedule and working with me on timing since I drove from out of town. I could not ask for a better collision repair experience. “Good morning, I drive a Jaguar and it was in need of some repairs, me and my husband tried to take it to the Jaguar Dealership hear in Cincinnati, but after waiting 20 minutes in the shop with all the employees just letting us stand at the front desk, we decided not to use them. Now to the good part, we have always been a customer of Donovan's in Columbia township, but was unaware of Donovan's Specialty Shop, but as always, they are an amazing group of people, I love everything about this shop, and on top of that they got the job done, my vehicle is performing like it's a new vehicle after getting it back. My Jaguar was in a bad way, but they fixed it and like I said it is running like it's new again. Thanks again for everything, C. Knox-Lee”

“Everyone was very nice here! They took care of my oil change and other services fast and handled with care! My only issue was it was hard to find the entrance to the service center. The main gate for the dealership part was close, so it was hard to get back there being our first time going. Nothing against the great people and service at the location though! “I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”
