“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”

“Out-of-towner who had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while staying overnight in the Cincinnati area. Most tire places were closed. Went to an auto service store near our Airbnb. They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!”

The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!”
“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“Went over a curb and got stuck teetering, with one tire in the air. Called one company and they couldn't come out and was told to call Blust. They answered right away and Gary was there within 10 minutes. He was able to get me out without any additional damage. Definitely will be saving their number for any other emergencies.”
“I never usually leave reviews, but the person who towed my Jeep was lovely! I got stuck in the mud last night and tried everything to get out. I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)”

“Recently had a series of unfortunate events resulting in severe damage to one of the axles of our 26 ft travel trailer. Although covered thru insurance. All companies contracted with them refused service. Being a Westsider and having previous great experiences with Schaffer's, I gave them a call. Schaffer's put me in touch with their heavy recovery driver whom got us home safe and sound and no further damage to the trailer. “I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Haus. I brought my Oddysey in because of a battery/alternator issue. I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. It's nice to have our family vehicle rolling again.”
