I saw multiple Bankers helping folks who were confused about their mobile applications. Plus, they helped a woman cancel a recurring payment that is not even set up with Wells Fargo. Maria was able to get my issue resolved and was really kind. I was impressed by the customer service and help with the branch in Cayce, SC.

They are rude and don’t know their own policies ! They make up stuff as they go and the supervisor is a Ms know it all and then you can corporate and get copies of policy and then she acts right ! Sad but true
