“I think I found my new repair shop for my VW GTI. The shop looks great, you can tell they take pride in it. They are also refreshingly communicative. They found a simple issue I had with the car that the dealership was going to charge a lot more for and work on something unnecessary (go figure). The owners were super nice, they went over all my options, and I didn't feel pressured (pretty much the total opposite experience a had at the dealership). Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this shop for the VW and Audi crowd.”

“Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. My car was backed into and therefore, I was using someone else's insurance. They were a preferred repair shop. I selected them online through the insurance portal and then was able to use their new online portal to set up an appointment to drop off my car. Wanda, the front office super woman, was amazing. She called to confirm my appointment and to let me know that I was one of the first people to use the online portal.I dropped my car off and Wanda immediately greeted me and explained everything to me. Brian (I think) was the person over my car. He was super nice and explained how everything would work after he looked at my car.I got continual progress updates via text (I chose text)throughout the process.I received a call from Wanda when my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, my car looked AMAZING! Not only had the repairs been done perfectly but my car was cleaner than when I left it. They even vacuumed out the inside which to me is above and beyond.This company was great to work with and I will be recommending them to others. However, I do hope I do not need a body shop for a long time to come.”

The family is very honest, hard-working, bilingual (English/Spanish), and always strives to give you the best service and price.Eddy and his brother Gil have been longtime friends of my father's, who was a diesel (and could repair any engine in between) mechanic for 30 years before he retired. My Dad is the authority on car repairs in our family, and for him to trust anyone with his vehicles for so long speaks volumes. This whole family is amazing.They will take care of you to the best of their ability and offer a wide range of services. Gil even painted my first car! I bought my next car (a 2007 Aveo) from them 12 years ago, and it is still running strong!They have done extensive work on all the vehicles in our family, and I will continue to trust them always! Eddy even came to pick up my Dad's truck from his home when the rack and pinion seized in the driveway so that he could get the other car out to go get dinner for the family. I love these people and their service, and I trust them wholeheartedly!Any kind of mishap or mistake they have ever made was so minor, I don't even want to call it that. I think the only one I can recall was a loose thing in the Aveo that made it run rough, which could have easily been like that to begin with or come off when I hit a bump. I stopped by to ask about it, and Gil popped it right back into place, had a giggle at me because I don't know very much about my own car, and sent me on my way without so much as a second thought.My only caution to any potential customer is that their space is limited, and pulling into the lot can be a bit difficult if they are also moving cars around. That's no issue a little patience won't solve.”

A friend recommended Miller's Auto Repair who inspected my vehicle and recommended brakes and rotors. They had it done in a day and my truck is running so smooth. I recommend them as they were honest about what they found and even checked what the dealership advised I replace. I was advised there was nothing wrong with the other parts Toyota wanted to replace. “I was passing through when my car Alternator broke. It lasted till I got here and Zach and Matt went further than above and beyond to help me. Matt helped me to find a hotel and stayed an hour after closing to make sure I got where I was going. I have an uncle who is a mechanic who has fixed my car on multiple occasions and this is still the most respected I've ever felt at a car shop. “NOISE IN THE FRONT/STEERING: 2020 RAM 3500.A deserved highly rated review. I stopped into CBA while I was in the area on Thursday past, I had a mechanical concern on my truck and knew that they handle warranty work for CarMax/MaxCare, I was greeted by Conner who was at the service desk/customer area. Right off the start I knew this was going to be a favorable meet and greet. I was pleased he intently listened to my concern. I tried my best to describe the concern with a simplest of explanation, hand gestures, and various "noises" to simulate what I had been experiencing. I knew full well he would be able to decipher my animation.We set up an appointment to drop the vehicle off first a.m. Friday. I grabbed my Uber and away I went.Shortly before 10 a.m. I got the call that the concern could not be duplicated. As we all know, there is an invisible beam that projects across the driveway entrance to any repair shop that fixes all that is wrong. ( Humor ) I had a 50/50 chance feeling that it was more than likely a minor problem and it really didn't warrant to much heavy lifting to diagnose, even if it was a maybe/maybe not problem.The suggestion during the call is that they could service the steering system in which they found that the power steering fluid was over serviced and possibly with the wrong type of fluid. I agreed, they had it in a position to where the truck was readily available to them and I wouldn't have to reschedule for another day. While they had it, I also ask for a tire rotation which they assured me there would be no problem getting that taken care of. I usually do this myself but again, the truck was right there, a tech was already servicing the truck, and it'd be once less thing I'd have to do.Around 3:35 p.m. I got a text (the communication between CBA and myself was commendable, text messages kept me inform of all the progress of the work being done, that'll keep you from pacing through the carpet), a text that my vehicle was ready. Again, I summonsed an UBER and Look out, Here I come.Once again, I met with Conner in the service area/customer lounge. He explained all they did, what they found and did NOT find. The other services they performed (all with prior consent from myself before anything other than the initial concern was done). The truck was brought up front to the customer service area and I was good to go.Though winded, this review is to let CBA my appreciation for the professionalism and ease of mind associated with the services preformed. And to anyone that is considering looking for a service business for all your automotive needs, all that are described thoroughly on the CBA website. I wouldn't hesitate a bit in giving CBA a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed and if for some reason you are, they seem to be the ones that will do what is needed to rectify any/all further concerns/complaints one might have.Facility/Customer Lounge - Clean and ProfessionalTechs/Service Writers - Well educated and definitely people persons.Constant Communication between CBA and Customer - Couldn't be any better.Vehicle Condition - was returned as clean as when dropped off. That kind of care is big for me.Will I return if any further services needed, no matter how big or small. - Definitely.Pricing for the work completed - comparable if not better than most other places though it had been sometime since I had anything done in a shop setting to the vehicles I've owned.A big thanks to all I dealt with at CBA. “Have known the family that owns this shop for a long,long time. Not only do they own it, they turn wrenches and get dirty fingernails too. Bought a vehicle from Vroom. Took it right on down to West Main. They took her out for a test run and then up on the rack she went. And a clean bill of health was issued. Perfect. These folks work on a variety of vehicles.
