“Love Stacie McCleese and all of the gang at the Franklin Cornerstone Credit Union branch. I am in there several times per month and everyone is great and always very helpful. Most recently, Stacie helped to facilitate a short-term loan I needed while waiting on clients to pay invoices and this again reinforced something I truly believe - that everything is just easier at a credit union and in particular at Cornerstone. We also have our mortgage and other accounts there. Doing business at Cornerstone is far easier and more engaging than my experiences with banks in our area. Thank you Cornerstone!”

“First time visiting this branch of the bank. Needed to take care of some mortgage business within a 24 hours time frame. So I called to see if it could be conducted at the drive-through. Super friendly and helpful phone "teller" (Brian-?) assured me it was possible and gave clear instructions for my arrival at the bank. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was greeted by an equally friendly and helpful teller, Dawn, who repeated the clear and concise instructions for completing my banking business. Polite, cheerful, courteous and respectful. Best service anyone could ask for!”

“Every single thing about our loan was on a time crunch…thanks to Taylor, we were able to get our preapproval through minutes prior to the offer deadline on the house we wanted. Our sellers also had a closing deadline that only gave us two weeks, and Taylor helped us with the ongoing paperwork and last minute additional requirements at all hours. She also helped us find the loan with the best possible interest rate as part of a program we weren’t aware existed. Over a month after closing and in spite of our loan being held by a different lender now, she still answers my texts with any questions I have. We greatly appreciate all of the work she and her team put into helping us get the house we wanted!”

“Long time PNC customer to PNC Bank in Franklin. Fustrated first couple visits there was misinformed by a young man from Antioch location covering in Franklin. Second visit auto teller down couldn't get a straight answer from employee who couldn't be bothered. Third trip young man AJ Harris was very helpful only one sitting there who was not looking at their phone, greeted me and assisted me in depositing a check to my daughter's account who lives out of the country. Very professional and kind walking me through the process. 5 Stars to AJ!”
