“Called early in the morning with no appointment as drive up service for steer tires and ac repair. Was told we might have to wait to be serviced, instead all we had was a problem parking the trailer. Josh coordinated everything, and go our steer tires replaced, and then sent our driver to next service bay for AC repair. AC Repair was supposed to take 2 hours, got it done in less than an hour. Initially, I chose a truck that was too small, but upon calling them to switch to a larger one, they promptly grasped my situation and accommodated my request, making my experience significantly smoother. “I do not know why this business is rated so poorly. We had excellent service. Truck was ready at the agreed time. Truck was clean and damage free. The truck only had 7,000 miles on it. Both people that served us could not have been more courteous. Would use these guys again without hesitation.”
