“We utilized Gouffon for a move out, storage for 5 months, and move in. The crews on both ends of the move were totally awesome. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and STRONG! They worked hard and quickly - the team work was a joy to watch. The Gouffon office personnel were super wonderful to deal with - they called/emailed/texted with updates I needed and were always available to answer questions. Pricing was reasonable. You get what you pay for - peace of mind that your household goods will be taken care of. I found nothing broken during this move/storage, and no walls or floors were scratched. 100% recommended!”
“We requested a quote from Mi-Box when we sold our house and moved from Rutherford County to Davidson County. They had the best pricing out of everyone else we had contacted and their customer service was excellent! The box was delivered on time and the driver was very professional and courteous. When we ended up closing a week early and had to change our pickup date at the last minute, they were very gracious to accommodate the schedule change. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!”
“Mike and Corey were excellent movers. I’ve had three out of state moves and these guys were the best. They were incredibly responsive to let me know when they would be arriving and when they had hang ups (Atlanta traffic, weight station) and went above and beyond to take care of my furniture and maneuver through the small doors of my old home. They had a very long day moving me from Nashville to Atlanta but they kept a great attitude. Moves usually stress me out because in my experience the movers don’t take care of your stuff but I had nothing to worry about with these guys. “We used 2 men and a truck for our move on Saturday from Bellevue to Spring Hill. I cannot recommend them more. We had 3 movers (Waylon Mendoza, Ontonio Durns & Forrest Mowery). They took excellent care of our furniture and belongings. Not a single scratch on anything and they made sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Extremely polite and professional. If / when we move again will definitely use them again.”
“I moved across the country about 16 years ago with ABF and there was not a single glitch, that is before it was called Upack. My recent move had a couple of glitches that they quickly addressed and even offered me compensation. My big concern was that on the day the trailer was supposed to arrive, it still had not left the source. The only explanation I got was that somebody dropped the ball. The website reported where the truck was but did not update the expected arrival, which had passed. Overall, it's the best and most economical way to move a household for those who want to hire their own labor or load themselves.”

They were very polite, kind, and meticulously careful with our large and fragile items. They also did a wonderful job deconstructing and then reconstructing items like bed frames and sofa's etc. They are a local, family owned business with a great reputation to uphold, and Larry personally came with the move and inspected the process to make sure everything was in order. Would hire them again in a heartbeat - don't take a chance on another company potentially breaking your things - hire MCM.”

The estimate that Jim provided was very close to the actual weight, the moving crew was very professional at pick up and delivery sites and were right on schedule. The moving crew was very careful with all furniture, boxes, and personal items. We did not need a shuttle truck for the pick up and received the appropriate refund from the original bill. I will use them again in my next move.”

“Two men and a Truck was extremely caring and made sure I was happy!!! When I had to move last minuet due to an emergency they came the next day to help me. After the move, I would receive calls from the company asking me if I needed additional help and if I was happy with everything. This made me happy and I felt taken care of!!
