“I gave 5 stars because both of my experiences were nice. The lady at the desk was quick to get my trailer tags and polite. I bobtailed in to get a trailer both times so I didn't have any trouble but I wouldn't want to take a trailer in, the space is small. It's also easy to pass up the sign coming from I-24, it's right behind an empty white building and there's typically trailers sitting in that parking area.”

“Our Uhaul dealer really worked with us and it was appreciated. We arrived to pick up our Uhaul from a reservation that I had made. The reservation was guaranteed by Uhaul via email and I was called by a Uhaul representative that it was confirmed. Once we arrived our Uhaul dealer said he didn't have the reservation and that they probably transferred it somewhere else. I called the Uhaul customer service and indeed that is what happened. I was so mad because I was not informed. But the dealer had a truck available and worked with us to reserve it so we didn't have to spend the time calling customer service to get it resolved.”

“Called early in the morning with no appointment as drive up service for steer tires and ac repair. Was told we might have to wait to be serviced, instead all we had was a problem parking the trailer. Josh coordinated everything, and go our steer tires replaced, and then sent our driver to next service bay for AC repair. AC Repair was supposed to take 2 hours, got it done in less than an hour. “John W was a great customer service rep! I did have some issues with the emergency brake on the car hauler activating during my travels when I struck a severe bump on the road. However, John did honor taking 1 day off my daily charge bill for my troubles in having to wait for U-Haul roadside assistance to fix the emergency brake. Plus he assisted me every step of the way attaching and detaching the car hauler when I came to the Madison TN facility. Great facility and great customer care here!”

“I do not know why this business is rated so poorly. We had excellent service. Truck was ready at the agreed time. Truck was clean and damage free. The truck only had 7,000 miles on it. Both people that served us could not have been more courteous. Would use these guys again without hesitation.”

“I had an online reservation. My reservation included two utility dollies but at pickup time only one was provided. The 10' truck had no ramp which made our move more difficult since we had heavy items.”

“TJ and Chris were absolute gems. I had called because I just needed to swap out tires. The tire on my back driver side was damaged and about to burst, and I had a full spare on the rim I wanted to put on in its place. It was a gross a drizzly day and they got my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. They were so professional, kind and just as nice and friendly as could be. Highly recommend them, they’ve even got UHaul services! I’ll be back for all my tire needs. Thanks TJ & Chris, you guys were absolutely awesome.”
