“I gave the place 5 stars a while back, but decided to add more. I have been back multiple times since my first visit and continue to be amazed at their service and friendliness. They also have some pretty cool accessories. Planning to go back and pick up a back up battery to take on an upcoming trip.”
“Decided to purchase new service from T Mobile online. What a mistake that was. We were completely down for 24 hours and no one was able to help us so my husband took our new phones to this location. He was greeted by Kyle who took control and had us up and running very quickly. This young man is very patient, professional and actually took the time to download all of our information from old phones to new phones and ready to answer any questions my husband had. We highly recommend this store and Kyle. We will never purchase on line again, do it in person.”
“Really wish i could remember the employees name! My experience at this store exceeded expectations, employee was efficient and knowledgeable. I came in from a different store with issue completing my iphone transfer to new phone. She patiently troubleshooted and found the issue ?. I even came back and got new apple watches for my family later that day before close. she had no problem and was more than happy to help!”

“As I was wandering the dessert section four men tried to rob me. Cayden and Kamton wasted no time and jumped into the skirmish. They fought off my attackers, conducted a citizens arrest and still helped me find a dessert for my family potluck. Using some strange mental math formula that the two invented to better serve guests they got the number of people attending my party, their weights, and their general appetites and used these metrics to land on these two desserts saying they would not only leave my guests satiated, but smiling. “My fiancé and I recently moved to New Braunfels, TX and needed to shop for several necessary items. Upon visiting Walmart, we were greatly appreciative of the awesome service and friendly staff. In particular, Customer Service Rep Jose happily assisted us immediately, lifting a heavy cabinet onto a cart and taking it to the front for us. Also, we stopped at the deli counter and was greeted by an awesome Deli Clerk and his new assistant (sorry, I didn't get their names) who chatted with us and made us feel so welcomed to New Braunfels. We will definitely be shopping there again!”
“Took tablet & computer in to Geek Squad for repair. Very friendly & knowledgeable employees. Computer repaired & returned the next day. Tablet was under manufacturers warranty, so it will be a bit longer. Highly recommend this particular store.”
