“The University branch in Round Rock was self service so I did just fine just fine. I am very disappointed that the new location in Georgetown has been in excess of 1 year coming. That lets me know that Administration doesn't really doesn't care about Georgetown Texas....I am seriously considering finding a new Credit Union here, and probably do just that.”

I started going by the bank more frequently and really enjoyed the staff and noticed that they always remembered my name when I'd stop by. That made me feel more welcome.Fast forward to now and I've got several accounts and loans with CNB. How can you not want to do business with a bank that has such a polite and friendly staff?My opinion is that the professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond starts at the top with the leadership. When we first visited the bank shortly after it opened, Diane greeted us and made it easy for us to open checking and lock box accounts. Any time that we visit the bank she remembered our names and is always willing to help if we have a question about our accounts or the bank's web site. I had a bad experience with banking at the Killeen and Harker Heights location and with her professionalism and knowledge she FIXED my banking needs to pay a bill in an hour. She listened to me, had empathy, resourceful, and offered solutions. They even stayed past closing time to fixed my issue. Because of SAMONDRIA MONIE IVORY, the Branch Manager she has restored my trust with Verabank and I will continue with this bank, but will ONLY go to this location where I live in Round Rock. She wasn’t there today but Tuesday Dec 13th she advised me of the fresh start loan and because of her I will be able to enjoy my Christmas break!!! “I don't ussually leave reviews but I just want to say how amazing this location is. I've been on hold with every location in round rock (3 of them) trying to get my credit card figured out. This is the only location that cared and the lady (Isabella I believe) I spoke to took down my number and said she will call all locations and try her best to figure out what is happening. Great customer service and clearly this location has spectacular employees.”

Nancy spent 2 hours and 30 minutes just explaining and advicing me. After this long time, she thanked me with big smile for chosing this bank. “I went into the branch one afternoon with a problem with my account.Veronica Aguilar greeded me, we sat down and she went to work. She admitted she may not be able to help. She tried so many .different things. When she couldn't figure it out, she went to her manager. He came out, listened and confirmed it was a scenario that their positions can't do. We then went to his office. Veronica didn't give up. Her customer service was incredible.”
