“For the most part, they are great. However, I did just have an interesting interaction with one of their customer service reps via phone. I was told they have the wrong address for me when my current address is the only address they have. The rep was pretty much arguing with me saying my current address is incorrect and I need to fill out a form to change it. Why would they mail me things to my current address if they didn’t have this one on file? ? But overall, velocity is pretty great. One interaction with one person doesn’t change that.”

Credit unions are non profit so that’s plus for me as well.”
“This is a good location. It's easy to access from the road, and I didn't have trouble finding the ATM drive thru lane. I felt safe using the ATM after hours here. As for banking with people, unfortunately, I can not comment. I strictly use Wells Fargo ATMs.”
