“Good experiences with this location. Had an account w/ this bank a few years ago because of the convenient location & hours. The only issue we had was fairly frequent charges that were not ours. As with any bank, always look over your statement carefully. Luckily, this branch assisted in reclaiming those charges for us. They also allowed me access to our accounts when I lost my wallet once I met their identification requirements under such circumstances. It helped a lot. The only reason we closed our account was because we decided to consolidate our accounts with a military financial institution.”

“My husband and I have banked with Woodforest at Louetta near Stubner Airline and have NEVER had an issue! It has been probably 18 years or more! If I know I will not need my identification shown, I do not even take a purse inside! And, I ALWAYS go inside! All of the employees and the manager have been WONDERFUL, helpful and kind! Now, that my husband has passed and all banking is done by me with my ideas, I would never think of changing from this banking site! I even drive about 8 miles or more just to go this location, which is the one we have always used. No bad issues at all! Always, pleasant, kind, helpful and smiling!”

She educated me on my finances and helped me build my credit years ago, and of course if fell behind to only reach out to her again and with no hesitation she helped me Succeed again , she provided me with best Customer Service and financial knowledge that anyone could ask for. She is an expert in Finance and she is a Gem all around. Ms. Jo helped me become the person I am financially today and I'm glad to be a part of Energy Capital Credit Union. This was the best decision I could have made with any financial institution. Kudos to Ms. Jo - I feel safe with her and the Credit Union.”
“Very happy with Alberto the branch manager at Wells Fargo on Spring Cypress! I didn't even need to go in. I called today to make an appointment to go into the branch to make a wire transfer. (I hate having to go to a branch to do this sort of thing so I asked about sending it online). He told me I could and then he walked me through the whole process. He waited on the phone as I set up my account to do international wires and then stayed with me as I filled in all the info to do the wire I needed to do today. We cancelled the appointment because I no longer needed to go in. So happy. Now I won't need to go into a branch anymore just to do a wire transfer. Yeah!”

“I have been a BOA customer for several years. I moved here from Las Vegas last year. This location has been my branch since moving to Texas. So, I recently deposited a check from my 401k plan. At first, there was a 9 day hold on the check. Obviously, I was not happy about this. After speaking to customer service and not getting much help at all. I was able to speak with the Branch Manager(Melissa) who went above and beyond for me. She actually called my retirement company personally to verify the check and speed up the process. She spent quite some time on the phone with them. Most banking personnel that carry her title are normally too busy to deal with such matters. She went above and beyond for me. The staff is friendly as well. It’s because of this that I will remain a loyal customer and especially, to this particular branch.”
“I started banking with them when I was 16, they are very kind and helpful. The app is really simple to use. I love the fact that they do holiday giveaways. I already have a checking account and a savings account with them, hopefully soon I will also have a credit card with them. This is an amazing bank owned by an amazing company.
