“They are the best in business by far! I have used other banks before such as Regions, Wells Fargo, BOA and the customer service and the staff at this bank are in a different level. They make me feel like family, they sure know how to always put customers first and go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I would not change them. Oh and Jamie that works there, o man she is the best everrr. Not only she remembers you and greets you with that lovely smile always, but she is an expert when it comes to her work.Over all the best bank for business and personal banking.”

We have been working with Lauren for more than a year on multiple business accounts as well as our first commercial mortgage recently. She is extremely quick to respond to every question, every deliverable is complete ahead of schedule and she always manages to make things happen for our business needs. I really appreciate her help. Nothing to do with Lauren, but I do wish some of Frost's paperwork was a little more user friendly (less manual and cumbersome), but even then Lauren made sure it was easy by answering all of our questions.
