“I can't say enough good things about this store. From the staff to the selection, to the delivery personnel. It doesn't look huge from the outside, but you walk in to a friendly greeting, and good knowledge of their inventory. They are the only local dealer for Stressless, and have an example of each model. The prices are inline with the Stressless website. The sales staff are knowledgeable, but don't pressure, or even hover, although they are available to answer any questions. Aside from Stressless, they have a huge variety of styles and price points, all arranged intuitively and attractively. Delivery was faster than anticipated, and the delivery guys were nice, and answered all my questions. I'm sure we'll need furniture again, and this store will be the first place we look.”

“Got my truck spray in bedliner done. The quote was accurate, they got my truck done the day they said they would. It looks great, if you are on the fence, JUMP IN. Only thing I don't like is they put a sticker on the window without telling you(most other places do this too). So maybe if you don't want the sticker, ask them not to.”

Mr. Chris Stevey would make a great manager at any of Habitat's locations including the one in Newport News, Virginia. He really deserves a bonus award every year. He makes this store look exceptional in regards to service.”

While juggling the idea of doing a reproduction cover on my own, I was told Lee's does a good job, so I decided to run my bench seat by and get an idea of their work. “I can’t say enough about the service I received from Alison - she was so helpful. I purchased 2 Sleep Number mattresses (I was replacing a Sleep Number mattress that I had had for 20 years). Needless to say I love my mattresses. Unfortunately I can not say anything good about the customer service. When my mattresses were delivered, the crew knocked a hole in my wall (Mark). He offered to come back and fix it but that never happened. I completed the necessary paperwork to file a claim to have it repaired. For three months, I have called only to be told that someone would call me back. To date I have not received a call concerning my claim!!!!! Any suggestions???”
“This target is always stocked, cleaned, and packed! It's evident it's a favorite amongst Newport News residents because how it's always packed. I love target's collections! The new Grayson collective is so adorable! Personally I wish it wasn't always so packed (morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekdays and weekends- I've been here during all those times) but it's just clear how nice of a Target this location is.”

“I was in target last week for over an hour and saw something I was quite impressed with. The glass display has lunch sandwiches and foods and pizza hut boxes and a worker came over and refreshed the pizza and other food with fresh new food. So many grocery stores and restaurants just leave the food under the lights forever and it tastes awful. Also I went there only for the sale on soda but the displays are so pretty and appealing I just went ahead and did all my grocery shopping there which I usually don't. The store is always super clean and doesn't have debris all over”
