“Went into the shop at 9:45 a.m. last Monday for a last minute break check before a road trip to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving. The guys were able to see my car 15 or 20 minutes after I got there. They checked my tires and brakes and replaced my front brakes and rotors for a fair price. Service was done by 2 p.m. and I was able to pick it up on a work break. “Making moves (aka Dad errands) in VB left me parched beyond belief. Thankfully, this 7-11 was situated just before the i-64 on ramp, thus earning its designation as a "convenience store." Lots of exterior space in private lot with gas pumps, good signage, air pump, trash cans and windshield wash stations. Inside mimicked other 7-11's familiar Big Bite aroma and layout, though did seem a tad more spacious and better lit. Most items were pretty well stocked, especially beverages and accompanying accoutrements (cream, sugar, stirrers, ice, cups, etc). Stations were fairly clean. They do charge for ice/water from the fountain even with other purchases. Good news is it counts towards your free beverage rewards if you use the 7-11 app.”
“Nice gas station. There's a lady that works here that is so friendly and helpful without you having to ask her for assistance. Customer service at its finest. I always go here because it's convenient, the area is safe, and I use points for cheaper gas. I wouldn't have it any other way.”

“I have viewed this krogers before, but I wanted to give it another review because I had a good experience today. I went to the deli department and these two ladies were very helpful and gave good customer service. Also, Nathan saw me struggling to lift a case of water and he was nice enough to ask if I needed assistance. He also explained that Krogers will be getting scanners soon. The store was very stocked and had good sales.”

“I thought I ran over a nail and sure enough, I did. Realized it on my way to work. Awesome. Stopped by here to see if they could fix it. Guy said "15-20 minutes. Ok 30tops". I already see 3 people waiting so I'm thinking... RIIIIIIIIIIGHT. 15 minutes pass... Your car is ready! Really? Here comes the 455145522 dollar bill. That'll be 20. That was it? SERIOUSLY!? They take credit card. Have a small waiting room with a TV. Really easy to stop in. Recommend!”

“These stars are directed towards the bakery department.(I think, from what I saw on her name tag) Kira, who might have been the bakery department manager was so kind, helpful, compassionate and accommodating. I noticed all the 30 count cupcakes were all white icing with light sprinkles and was hoping for more colorful options like they typically offer. She explained the current available in store options (not special ordered) and most likely saw the huge disappointment on my face. She offered to decorate a set with color, which was done expeditiously. I was absolutely thrilled and touched that she took the time to accommodate me, which was not demanded nor expected. She saw the opportunity to brighten a customer's day and she most definitely did! Kira, is an individual that a business should be very proud and honored to have. She exemplifies how excellent customer service should look. She listened, explained, understood me and made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I truly do appreciate her kindness and time and am very thankful & grateful. :-)Her willingness to help did not go unnoticed. For future reference, I now know to special order if I have my heart set on something colorful, rather than take a risk of possible disappointment. ;-)”
“The gas pump parking was roomy enough to accommodate our rig, and inside they actually have some hot food. There's a usual selection of snacks and drinks. The bathroom needs a good deep clean. It wasn't gross, but the door needs to be scrubbed. See photo number 2.”

“This place is decent and easy to get in and out of off London Bridge Rd. It's not very big inside but it has all the standard gas station fare you need like drinks and snacks and slushies. It's not fancy inside - but outside the pumps are nice and new and updated. They have BP rewards here for points and rewards with gas purchases and you can download an app where it syncs to your phone and phone number. They also accept Harris Teeter rewards for up to 0.20$ off the price per gallon which is fabulous for me on my way home from work. Fast, easy, rewards. I'm a fan!”

“I've only been to Royal Farms once, many years ago, but I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken so when this location opened up, I figured I'd give it another try. As soon as we walked in the door, the wonderful smell of fried chicken hit us and we were greeted by a pleasant lady behind the counter. I also couldn't help but notice how clean this store was! My daughter instantly noticed the shake and smoothie machine and told me I had to try it out since she's had it before. The concept of the machine was super cool. You select the cup of shake or smoothie from the freezer, place it in the machine, select your level of thickness, then the machine turns it into the drink. I chose the Oreo flavor and it was very tasty. Once we ordered our chicken from the kiosk, we paid for our meals and chatted with the staff about Royal Farms. She shared with us the perks of signing up for the Royal Farms Rewards Card and how it helps you save on gas, among other benefits. We then grabbed our chicken to go and I must say, it was much better this time than the last time! The chicken was very fresh, crispy and flavorful. Since this location is close by, I'm sure I'll be stopping in again very soon.”

“6/6/21: We stopped here for gas & snacks. It is conveniently located at the corner of Princess Anne & Lynnhaven. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The gas prices were ok for the area. There is a 7-11 there as well that was clean, organized, and stopped with our favorite goodies. We even caught a few good 2/$2.22 deals on drinks. That's always a plus.”
“I love NEX Mini Marts. They're like small Walmart gas stations with a little bit of everything. You can literally find items for a uniform inspection you forgot while grabbing gas, lunch, and some oil for the car! Gas prices are always fair and staff inside are friendly. Easy and convenient on base. Lines tend to get long in the AM if everyone is grabbing breakfast and snacks for the day so I avoid that time and come during off times for gas or other snacks.”

“This Wawa on Centerville is always clean and organized. The shelves are well stocked. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy the soup and sandwich combo several times a week. The macaroni and cheese is good as well as their paninis and burgers! I heard the pizza was good so I got the pizza for the first time last night. I was surprised at how good the pizza is and I’ll be ordering it again. The pizza of course takes a few minutes longer for preparation than a sub. Worth the short wait! I ordered mushrooms and green peppers on one half and cheese on the other. I selected the garlic crust and would’ve gotten onions as an additional topping if they weren’t out. It was very late when I went. “Steve and his team are top notch. When we moved to VB a few years ago, we struggled to find a trustworthy mechanic. Even the GMC dealership (Southern) seemed sketchy when it came to what work needed to be done and at an elevated price. Steve was able to complete warranty work under my original GMC warranty that I didn't trust Southern GMC to attempt...(After they dropped my truck off the lift!) After the local Charlie Barker Toyota dealership was sold to Hall, we took our Toyota in for our free State Inspection and "Oil Change for Life." A few hours later, Hall said we needed $400 of uncovered repairs in order to pass inspection. I took the vehicle to Courthouse, and it passed after $20 worth of "repairs".”
