“I had a bad taste in my mouth about Food Lion from years and years ago. I remember them with bad produce and extremely high prices....Fast forward and I've been shopping at HT for a while and the prices don't seem so bad. Haha.This store in particular is in a beautiful location in Red Mill area near Sandbridge and has wonderful produce and is well-stocked and clean.It's still not my top choice for all my groceries but they have wonderful deals on fresh green grapes (my husband's favorite) and have some weekly deals and specials that make a stop in totally worth it!”

“The main focus for is price. There are online stores that I can get everything from for cheap. This place has very comparable prices, it is worth shopping here instead of waiting for shipping. They also sell items that cannot be bought online, like cold itmes. But the items focuses more around real meals, there are some snack foods, but if you only want to try japanese candies and confectioneries, go online. I was amazed at how clean and organized it is inside. I also love how close it is to the lynnhaven mall.”

“The customer service here is very patient and professional with difficult customers. Seems like almost every time I go shopping, more people are difficult, argumentative, and disrespectful to the employees. The store seems to be clean, stocked, and lit very well.”

“It was decent, however they should probably try to incorporate something for those veterans that are handicapped in the store rather than making. You have to walk all the way around the line of products just to enter the line, I understand that they are utilizing this to make it more organized, but it makes itvery difficult on combat disabled veterans or any handicap person”
“My mom has been raving about this place for a couple of months now and she really wanted me to experience it for the first time. We decided to brave the cold and traveled all the way from Norfolk to Wegmans. This place reminded me of Kroger, but better. The first thing that we saw as soon as we entered Wegmans were all of the food places (burger bar, sandwich place, desserts, etc). There is alot of fresh food and hot food there. If you keep walking further into Wegmans, you see aisles like a traditional grocery store. We purchased a couple of items. We also decided to get a large sub sandwich. I stopped at the cafe to get some hot cocoa. It is a great place to get groceries and something to eat.”

“I regularly buy my milk from here. When you return the glass bottles you get 3$ and some change in return I think milks at 5$ and some change so you spend about 2$ in total for the best tasting milk you'll have in your life”

“I usually don't do reviews of grocery stores because, you get what you get but today is different. I just left this Food Lion and I witnessed the most beautiful sight of humanity. I would recognize the cashier by name but she didn't have a name tag own. She gave great customer service to everyone in her line and should be commended. CASHIER #23 on register #4. “For me, I find the vegetables at Asian Grocery to be better than its competitor. Kang kong (morning glory) is one of my favorite Asian veggies and are always available. Crisp and not soggy or limp. A small grocery store but packed with variety of Asian food items. From canned, to fresh fruits & veggies, shrimp, fish, snacks, steamed buns, and snacks. Self serv and the cashiers are quick to tally up your purchase.”

“Patrick is the most enthusiastic and helpful employee they have at this location. He dealt with a very rude customer that got mad over the smallest inconvenience and Patrick dealt with the situation in a very professional matter, I just want to show appreciation for him as some times people being like that can ruin someone's day or even their whole week.”
“This food lion has a great selection of fresh produce, and always fully stocked. Overall, the customer service is helpful and nice if you need them. I personally prefer this Food Lion over the one that's up the street because they have self check out, which provides shorter lines.”

“I love Fresh Market! They have great crab cakes. For two of them, it costs $10 and there are no fillers just crab meat. I had realized that I had not eaten the crab cakes sooner so I called Fresh Market to find out when they expired. Curtis talked to me and told me to return the other crab cakes and get new ones since they had expired even though it was my mistake. That was great news for me! Thank you, Fresh Market!”
“I am hooked on the somewhat freshly baked pretzels and the lidl brand flavored ice type drink that sells for about half the price of one of the brand names located right next to the lido generic brand. I like the availability of the shopping carts and not burdened by the token system. I like having space to bag my own groceries. I don't like having only one register open with five to ten customers waiting in line and witnessing a couple of staff loitering aimlessly about. If they improved the check out wait I would have rated them a 5. Not much I'm asking. Get it done I know you can do better.”

“I love this store. I actually pass Kroger to come here because I love it more. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I've had employees take me all over the store looking for a product and then when they realized they didn't have it, they told me where I could go to buy it. My favorite employees are the ones at checkout. Frank is always friendly, as well as Tahquisha. They're both a pleasure to talk to. There's another guy, but I don't remember his name. Then other random employees I see around the store always say hello or good morning and ask me how my day is going. This store has the absolute best customer service. Def my fav neighborhood store.”
