Very much over standard customer service was provided to me and made my stressful need of additional storage feel like it was an accomplishment. “5.0Can’t say enough good things about our experience. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because the quote we received was FAR better than the other two companies. Owner came out to the house to work up the quote and told us what to expect. 3 very nice guys showed up on time on the day of the move and worked quickly but carefully. At some point we all thought they wouldn’t be able to get everything on the truck, but they figured it out and they were on their way. We moved 260 miles away so they met us at our new house the next morning and unloaded with just as much care and efficiency. We had a piano and some antique furniture as well as other household items and all was delivered and placed without a scratch. Nothing broken. They were all around great guys, trust-worthy, professional, and easy-going.”

“I moved after being in my home for 46 years. I put all my things in two large storage areas for 7 1/2 months until I found what I wanted in a new place to live. I then had all my belongings moved into my new condo. Start Packing did both of the moves. I can't say enough nice things about them. The owner, Billy Wagner is a really nice and true professional person. All of his employees are hard workers, professional and handled my things with care. The only thing I would do differently if I were doing this again is I would just let them pack everything. I wanted to pack some of my more valuable items which created more problems for me and I was totally exhausted! They did a fine job with all the packing and moving and I should have have sat back and let them do it all. Thank goodness I used this company you should use them also when you make a move, just let them do everything and don't end up exhausted as I did!”

“I needed an antique curio moved from my SUV into my dining room and took a chance and called on Absolute Movers (found by Google searching ‘Virginia Beach movers’). I spoke with James who said he could help me out and quoted me a very fair price. Lamar and Sergio arrived on time the next morning and had my curio safely moved and situated in my home in a snap. They even assisted me with putting felt pads on the feet (which I had). Both were professional, friendly, respectful of my home and just two down to earth guys. They are the real deal! I’ll call Absolute Movers again and you should call them too! ?”
