“Tatiana did an excellent job of packing. Tape was secure on all boxes. Fragiles were packed as they should be. Speaks both English and Spanish. Worked extremely quickly on first day. By herself she packed 15 boxes in about 3 hours or so. They can’t remove TVs from walls, so I did that. TVs packed nicely though.”

“Very friendly and responsive. I picked up my camper from storage, and realized annual inspection was expired. I called ahead - front desk let me know that the inspector was at lunch, and there was only 1 vehicle in line (for a re-inspect). I showed up and got in the queue - was able to get on the road that afternoon as planned, so I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future.”

All employees I have encountered (especially the manager Deborah Flom @ 2151 S Military Hwy Chesapeake Va 23320) are friendly and nice and are knowledgeable about their job. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space.”
“They moved a bathroom vanity for us and they were quick! It took them 2 minutes to move it from our dining room to our upstairs bathroom. Very nice gentlemen and responded quickly. Highly recommend them!”

“We had friends that have used this service with great results so when we bought a new house we thought this would work out perfectly. The container was delivered and we could load it at our leisure! Game changer!!!! If you rent a moving van/truck you have 48 hours to use and return. This was such a great help during this stressful time. We sold our home and purchased a new home, which we couldn't close on for about a month, no problem, Pods stored our container for us and delivered it to our new home! Perfect, we can't say enough good things about this company. Their customer service was exceptional as well. My only critique was when we needed the container picked up, it did take longer than expected but overall best decision we made, thank you!!!!”
