“Arthur, Lee, and Jennifer were the dream team I needed today for my oil change and tire rotation. I ran into an issue with my lug nut locks. Lee helped explain my options to me. Arthur offered to start working on my oil change while we tried to figure out the lug nut issue. And Jennifer even called the dealership for me to try and resolve the lug nut issue with me. I ended up finding them in my spare tire compartment. However, to say they went above and beyond with the customer service is an understatement. I will happily always use this location for my service. Thanks again guys!”
“My car began to overheat on my way to Virginia Beach where I work. Coming from Hampton, I was in a pretty sticky situation. I work just across the street from their Thoroughgood location. I gave them a call to see if they would have any availability in the near future. I spoke with a gentleman named Brian who listened to my situation and told me to bring it over so they could open her up and see what the problem was. Chris, the mechanic, did an amazing inspection over my whole car, down to the light bulbs. Communication was amazing throughout the day, prices were fair, and they even stayed late to make sure I was back on the road to home after my shift.I ONE HUNDRED percent recommend this team and will definitely be going to them for ALL my future automotive needs!”

“I was driving from one work site to another. My car registered right front tire at 21 psi. It was high traffic point of the day and I needed to get to the work site I was heading to.i called the Cadillac Service Department but they couldn't take me until the Nex day. Then I remembered Jippy Lub at the corner off of Holland Rd. I asked them to put air in my tire, the employee started to put air in the time when he noticed a nail in my tire. I asked can you fix it have to be at a work site in one hour. There were two men and they worked fast and got me back on the road. Thank you so much guys. I made it to my meeting/training and all was good. Bravo-Zulu guys!”
“Alexa and Joanne took care of me this past week. I was in need of a vehicle inspection, and Alexa was able to schedule me into an appointment this past Saturday. Even though it was slotted for an hour, the team was able to complete all required work within 37 minutes.I waited as well, and there is free WiFi in the designated waiting area that is dressed rather nicely with water and coffee provided.Davis Car Care & Tire Center is a hidden gem for the Virginia Beach area and provides a mom & pop type of setting that lets you know and feel you’re going to be fine.Highly recommend giving them a call and bringing your vehicle in for service. They’ll take care of you.”

“It is very rare to find a mechanic with integrity and that takes pleasure in a job well done. I recently had my brake system overhauled after a shyster in New York City did nebulous repairs on my CRV. TMC took care of my car and now I am confident that I can brake adequately in any circumstances.
