“Very friendly and responsive. I picked up my camper from storage, and realized annual inspection was expired. I called ahead - front desk let me know that the inspector was at lunch, and there was only 1 vehicle in line (for a re-inspect). I showed up and got in the queue - was able to get on the road that afternoon as planned, so I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future.”

“Always use them for my state inspection and they do a great job in a timely manner; however, their technician left a note in my cup holder stating that “owner should get eyes checked due to all the lights.” Gentlemen probably thought it was a funny joke and I’d appreciate it but it was fairly insulting.”
“One of the best, it not the best, customer service that I have had an auto place. Very responsive to phone calls, and super easy to make appointments.They were able to see me next day for a state inspection after my vehicle was shipped overseas. I told them to just call if anything else needed to be fixed. They did call, gave me a quote with full transparency on cost and time frame, and were even able to finish it the same day.When we had an incident trying to put on new license plates, they were quick to help and get our vehicle completely road worthy. Shout out to Brian and Mike for a great ran place!”

“Gotta say before I called this Walmart location I was over the poor customer service I received at other Walmart locations in this area but the auto center at this location renewed my faith. From calling this location and an associate picking up the phone immediately and holding the 4 tires till the next day and scheduling an appt which took only the one hour they Said it would take I am more than pleased. Big shout out to Montree who held the tires and scheduled my appt. He is pleasant and an Asset to this store! The clerk who registered my vehicle was awesome as well kind and friendly. Other Walmart locations need to learn by this location!!!!”
“Fixed my overheating cars radiator really fast. Front desk people were cordial. Feel it was a bit expensive but not complaining. One issue: I had them do a multipoint inspection. The "results" read "there's all kinds of lights on the dashboard, recommends another inspection" Just funny because that's all the information I got out of an inspection. Just told me I had lights on my dash.Services: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I’ve came to this location over the years so many times. Been through 3 different cars, and not once have I ever had any issue with them. I’ve had valve cover gaskets done, many tires, transmission flushes, etc. Recently my differential failed in my 2018 mustang gt, and they quoted me MUCH lower than any other place. Normally you’d think they must not do a good job then but oh no, they are on top of things. They had my rear frame dropped and differential swapped in 3 days! Couldn’t be more happier pulling out with no issues. It’s been about 2-3 months since then and it’s been running strong! Now this week I needed TPMS reprogrammed to the car since I got new wheels (unfortunately I’d have to take off the tires on my new wheels since we don’t know what brand the TPMS Sensors are). They told me pull up to the back and they tried just searching for the right brand to no success, and also told me they didn’t want to take off the tires due to me having aftermarket rims. I commend them for not just doing it anyway and damaging my wheels!! Any place that is corrupt would’ve just done it anyway. These guys are awesome and always my go-to place. Wish I could give over 5 stars! Definitely recommend!”
