“I came here to get my carbon dioxide tank refilled. It took quite a while to get it done, but I wasn't in a hurry. This place is much cheaper than other local outlets for refilling tanks.”

I love the vegetarian fat noodles they’ve had on the menu during the winter season, seriously mouth watering.. but pretty spicy (the Thai chilis they put in there are no joke and last time I was crying at the table for a good 25mins because I accidentally ate one), I wish there was a warning about that. The cocktails are good, but not anything fabulous or fancy. We’ve been back once since our first time there a couple months ago!”

(I think they were new as it was my first time seeing them.) There's this lady that works there and she is such a sweetheart, definitely my favorite worker! But everyone here is nice and kind.”

We stopped by Sunday to see if they had Grolsch. They did not. But, the employee directed us to the liquor store by Burger King. Stop by if you're in the area.”

“I absolutely have to give this gentleman Owen Schultz and Otto's a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!! I called Otto's earlier in the week looking for a particular Rum. Owen informed me that they did not have this particular rum at the store... Sounding discouraged, I thanked him for his time and right before I go to hang up Owen asks if he'd like me to call a few other locations to check if that had it... Although I did not have confidence in this, I said sure. (What will it hurt?) Well - to my surprise the next day Owen calls with great news telling me he found the Rum and told me it would be at the store on Thursday. Man - could I kiss him! I so much appreciated Owen going the extra mile❤️. I'm not sure if Owen understood how excited and happy I was as I was looking everywhere for this Rum. Thank you so much Owen! I really appreciate you.”

“My then-fiancee and I came to this location to get all of the alcohol for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and we had no idea how good of an experience we were about to have. We didn't make an appointment or even know there was going to be a personalized experience, but when we walked in an employee asked us what we were here for, and we said to buy alcohol for our wedding. He asked us to wait a moment, and out came the most amazing woman--Gail Hubbard!Gail took us all around the store over the course of an hour and helped us choose the best varieties and quantities of all the alcohol we had in mind. She was kind, warm, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. Along the way another employee, Wyatt, joined us and was so helpful as well. With this being such a large business, we did not expect such a personalized experience.Beyond that the selection is incredible--the store had everything we wanted and more, and we even discovered our new favorite red wine thanks to Gail's help. The prices cannot be beat either!! Thank you so much for the best experience!”
