They had the impossible 13 collection, and I have only even heard about these in magazines. I never thought to see one in real life. Along with other near impossible to find products like Opus Xs, pedron anniversaries, and David off. The owner, Tracey, is next level in her cigar knowledge. Definitely found my new cigar spot”

“My then-fiancee and I came to this location to get all of the alcohol for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and we had no idea how good of an experience we were about to have. We didn't make an appointment or even know there was going to be a personalized experience, but when we walked in an employee asked us what we were here for, and we said to buy alcohol for our wedding. He asked us to wait a moment, and out came the most amazing woman--Gail Hubbard!Gail took us all around the store over the course of an hour and helped us choose the best varieties and quantities of all the alcohol we had in mind. She was kind, warm, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. Along the way another employee, Wyatt, joined us and was so helpful as well. With this being such a large business, we did not expect such a personalized experience.Beyond that the selection is incredible--the store had everything we wanted and more, and we even discovered our new favorite red wine thanks to Gail's help. The prices cannot be beat either!! Thank you so much for the best experience!”

“I would return to Nice Ash if I was in WI. My usual cigar bar when I visit the Milwaukee area is Havana Lounge, but I wanted a lil change (and by the way - that's a good spot too.) Came here on a Friday night; ample seating, multiple TVs, good whiskey selection and decent humidor options. I think Havana has more cigars to choose from, but this place is bigger. The bar size and service are similar at both. Again I'll visit again in the future”
“I've been stopping in here for over 9 years, and have met all of the 5 different owners in those 9 years. The 2 gentlemen that owns this store currently, are always very welcoming, pleasant, nice, and with a sense of humor to go with it!...As far as prices, well; Cigs have been going up in prices since I've been a smoker (I remember when they were only $0.75 a pack, back in my day), almost every year anyway, and has nothing to do with the store owner's. People seem to not understand that this is a small business (Not a Walmart, Sam's Club, or other Big Corporation Mega Store, that gets massive tax breaks) so, yes, the prices will be a bit higher to pay for the out-of-pocket expenses, the minimum purchase requirements from the vendors/suppliers, the shipping & handling, etc.., commercial retail taxes, sales & use taxes, electric costs for a small business (small businesses pay higher, than home owners), not to mention the yearly taxes "again" to pay out, as well as business insurance, license fees, scheduled inspections/certifications (food products, etc.), etc.. So, let's just keep this in mind, that we are ALL humans, with feelings, emotions, life stresses, issues, etc.., and we all have our good & bad days, and unfortunately, can take it out on, or even project those feelings/moods/attitude upon others, whether it is done intentionally or not.”
“I'd rather go here then any other place to get smokes.. always have buy 2 packs get 2 bucks off Newports. Plus if u have the Kwik trip app. They usually have some sort of discount on cigs and u can combine the savings. No bs... Check it out.”

“They have great, high quality tobacco. The store is clean and well organized. If you want to try a different flavor, they offer blends also. There's a large collection of vape supplies too. And they have a jewelry counter where they buy and sell gold too. I don't smoke cigars so I can't say anything about the walking humidor but they have one. If you smoke or vape, this place has what you need!”
