“Cynthia Anderson was amazing! My husband needed a new wedding ring and we found it immediately! However, it was a little bit of a struggle to get in the store because they have a security protocol where the door remains locked when too many customers are in the store, however, there was not a sign explaining the situation. I recommended they place one at the door explaining the protocol. But we left happy!”

“Awesome experience! If we could leave 10 stars, we would. My wife and I showed up at Anthony and Company today simply to have her wedding ring sized down. While we were there, we decided to go ahead and upgrade her original wedding set to a new band and a larger stone. After spending a considerable amount of time with my wife, they were able to show her a new wedding band and diamond that fit the original ring guard in her set. After being quoted a VERY FAIR price, Bryon told us that it would most likely be next week before he would have this upgrade completed. We were extremely surprised when an hour later he had someone call to inform us that the upgrade was complete! I guess the Anthony and Co. crew knew just how excited my wife was to get this much deserved upgrade. They carry customer service to a premium level at Anthony and Co. Jewelers.I am proud to say that I will only do business with these fine folks in the future; when we have other jewelry needs. These folks are very down to earth. They ARE NOT high pressure sales people. They helped educate us, so that we could make an informed decision.We thank for your time and prompt service! “Jessie is the owner & she is fantastic! My dad passed away & was a big Auburn fan. We knew we wanted to an Auburn themed funeral, well At the last minute I decided I wanted an Auburn shirt made. My family figured out I was getting a shirt made. 1 shirt turned into 34 (it could have been more). Jessie worked night & day! She didn34 shirts in a day & half. I ordered them on a late Thursday night & picked them up early Saturday morning before the funeral. Jessie was literally running around like a chicken with her head cut off! I was an emotional wreck, she took time to show me empathy throughout everything! Ever since then I’ve used her for several things!! She’s the ONLY person I will go to!!”

“Small store in the Riverchase Galleria…a little too small during the holiday rush. The staff was friendly and accommodating but there were only 3 clerks for more than 40 people all wanting the same thing…attention. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was attentive to each customer before me and to me as well. They were kind and patient with everyone I saw them interact with. If you are shopping during a busy holiday season, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, prepare for an extended wait. Off season is better and likely to give you an in and out experience. Their in house inventory seemed endless and exchanging items, like I had to, was a breeze. My daughter ordered my bracelet and it was 3 sizes too large. The exchange was flawless. ♥️”
