These guys were super quick to take a look my truck and get me on their schedule when the parts were ready! I was impressed with the customer service and how friendly all of the office staff was.
The truck came back better than before. I was surprised at how they were able to match the paint perfectly to the rest of my truck! They even detailed and organized the inside for me before I picked it up. If I get an accident again, I’m glad I've got my go-to body shop!

Royal Moving & Storage Austin

They'll agree to a very good price in the beginning, do a crappy job and then add on thousands to your total AFTER your items are already loaded in their truck. They basically bait and switch you. You'll save a lot of money and have a much better experience renting a POD and finding local movers to load your items. Even if you live in an apartment and have to park the POD a few blocks away. --- Going against my better judgement and advice from others I decided to go with Royal Moving to relocate from Los Angeles to Dallas. Brian promises everything to you over the phone to get you to sign a contract with them. His only goal is to get you to pay a deposit and sign a contract. None of what he verbally says is true if it's not in the contract. He told me not to worry about the weight or size of my tool chest and not to worry about packing bulky items like my TV or bicycle. I raised those concerns with him and he said that's all part of the service and his guys will take care of it. All of that was a LIE. He also kept assuring me that they had their own fleet of trucks and all the movers are Royal Moving employees. He promised 3 movers that will arrive in a Royal branded truck, all wearing Royal shirts. ALL LIES!!! He then hands you off to another team that "manages" your move. This 2nd team is only interested in getting an acknowledgement from you that you'll be ready on the date of the move. I think I may have signed another contract at this point. Every time you agree to something they need you to sign a contract. If you ask about the size of the truck, how much parking space they need, what time they will arrive.... anything about the logistics, they will tell you they don't know. The girl managing my account brushed me off and told me I'll just find out from the driver the day before. This was the first red flag and I should have backed out but I already signed the contract and paid a deposit. NEVER pay a deposit! Thats the first part of the scam. Some friends shared their bad experiences about long distance moves so I started to get concerned. I looked into Royal's insurance and they only pay you $0.60 per pound for anything that gets damaged. That means that something like my TV, that only weighs 33 lbs, is only covered for $20. I asked Royal if I could pay for additional insurance coverage and they ignored me. I kept asking and they brushed me off by telling me to just ask my home owners insurance to cover it. Another red flag I regret for ignoring. A few days before my pickup date they called to confirm. They also told me that "by law" they have to make it a 48 hour pickup window. WTF, is that even true? More lies. They missed the 1st pickup time and called late that night to tell me they'll arrive the next day. No apologies given just "this is how it is". They couldn't tell me the new pickup time and gave a 4 HOUR WINDOW. The driver then missed the window again and arrived an hour later! I had to wait a full day and another 5 hours for these MF'ers to arrive. They came in a huge 26' Pensky truck that was so large they couldn't find parking. This is why I asked the customer service girl how much space was needed. She's so dumb she didn't understand the relevance. The driver told me he didn't want to wait for parking to open up. He said he was leaving for dinner and would come back to try again. 20 mins later I found parking and called him back. He responds that he already drove to another job and would come back in 30 mins which then became an hour and then became HOURS. This whole time I'm standing in the rain trying to hold parking spots. I called to check on him and he wouldn't pick up the phone or return my calls. I called the Royal office and they didn't pick up. HE FINALLY CAME BACK BY HIMSELF 6 HOURS LATER!! By that time it was past 10pm. He gave me some sob story about a family emergency and there was nothing he could do. The weed s

I'm happy with the result. The only thing, I am not happy about, is there's no warranty on this work. Next time if anything wrong within one year, I still have to go through the whole process and pay again. I was told there is a one year warranty on the work. But actually not.

It's a good company to get started in. People in the office are all nice, shop usually gets you taken care of quickly, trucks are really nice, and length of haul is fantastic. I'd probably still be there if it weren't for the CRIMINALLY low cents per mile. If you want to run 3000+ miles a week and barely make $50k a year, this is the place for you.

Every company we called wanted thousands upon thousands of dollars these guys came out saved the old door replaced all of the mangled tracks, rollers, supports struts and at a fraction of the cost of what it would have cost to replace the door. Extremely happy that I made that phone call and you will be too!

Trevian arrived at my home within the time frame they said and he proceeded to do an inspection of my garage door. He found that it was in need of some major repair (to me anyway). He pointed out the obvious problems (and there were several) which I had not seen. He explained what the problems were to me. I also wanted a WiFi system est. Trevian explained everything to me in detail and the choices I had. He was very knowledgeable about the systems they had and what was needed without trying to push me into purchasing something I did not need. He was respectful and friendly, plus he was an all round a very nice young man. I also felt very safe around him. That’s important this day and age. All in all I would highly recommend A-Authentic and Trevian to anyone needing their garage door inspected or worked on.

South Shore Village Golf Club
312 S Shore Village Blvd, South Kingstown, RI 02879It's a short course, with surprisingly generous fairways. Most courses similar in length are much "tighter" off the tee (Pinecrest GC). The putting surfaces are undulating with quite a bit of slope. I played Oct 2024 and the course was in very nice condition. I'll be back.

The Oaks had rather large limbs hanging above our small home that needed to be brought down and the Apple tree needed trimming . Our propert is small but this team was able and precise on manuevering the lift truck around garden and shrubs and power lines with care . They did everything on the estimate , they cleaned up well and checked with me on the job done . They were polite and they were enthusiastic about their work . Well done !
