“We boarded our elderly dog here for 9 days and sent his arthritis medication with him. He takes 1 pill twice a day, and we provided a bottle containing 90 pills.<br><br>When we picked him up after 9 days, there were only 6 pills remaining. Based on his prescribed dosage, he should have received 18 pills during his stay, meaning there should have been 72 pills left.<br><br>We immediately brought this to the facility’s attention. Their response was essentially that they would pay for the missing medication, but they could not explain what happened to the pills. Either our dog was given significantly more medication than prescribed or medication was removed from the bottle.<br><br>When you entrust a senior dog to a boarding facility, especially one requiring medication, you expect medications to be handled carefully, accurately, and responsibly. We were left with no explanation for a discrepancy of 66 pills.<br><br>We will not be using this facility again and strongly recommend that anyone boarding a dog that requires medication carefully count and document every pill before and after boarding.”

Ivan and his team did none of this. After being promised a 3 day turnaround for 800 stars I dropped my truck off On july 3rd. it took him 3 weeks to even show me anything!! constanly not answering texts missed calls and no notices of anuthing up until last minute. the Only change he said he made was that the headliner would be black instead of black suede. but too my suprise when he began showing me the lights he didnt even finish the whole cab! now half of my truck is covered in stars and I have a logo that just became cursive because they wanted to right in the middle of my headliner, Not only that literally the night of me driving with them on the fabric already began sagging. These guys have No concept of doing what you ask them to do, they simply just rip out your hearliner make up some random design that they like and try to charge you $800 out the door, I luckily was able to talk him down to $600 but complete waste of my time. now I have to take it out and start all over again 😠”
