“Overall a good experience. It started out a little rough though. I was a little taken back when we walked in and the salesperson did not know what vehicle we were there to buy. However, this was not Jordans fault, but the BDC's fault. Once Jordan got the vehicle from clean up. He was very professional in explaining the vehicles features to us. It took some time to get the negotiations completed, but a deal was struck that met my terms for the purchase. Finance manager was low pressure and simple. We drove home in our new car very happy. Thank you for working with us to make a deal for our new 2024 GMC Terrain AT4!”
