“I recently had an exceptional experience at Radney's Body Shop and couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process for my vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions. The quality of the work is outstanding. My daughter's car (2024 Hyundai Elantra) looks as good as new, and they completed the repairs ahead of schedule, which was a bonus. Another thing, he is very responsible. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Todd Radney and his team goes above and beyond, and I felt valued as a customer. If you need bodywork or repairs, I highly recommend Radney's Body Shop. I repeat... I highly recommend Radney's Body Shop. Knowing there's a reliable place I can trust for any future needs is comforting! Thank you to the entire team!”

“Always helpful, but there is always that 1 person that is unprofessional. She was working in service dept and very argumentative and rude. Tell people what info to bring and problem will be avoided information and communication is the key!”

“These people are extremely helpful and are true to their word. The price never changes and they will tell you upfront if they have it or not. Seriously, do not go to any other of those scamming junkyards. These people are legit wherever you are, just make the drive and go to them. Thank you for all of your help, your honesty, and not being like everyone else in the business!”

“Traveling back to Florida from the Lake of the Ozarks with my family. We ran into a tire issue and pulled into here. From the beginning they were super friendly and helpful. They pulled the car back and found that we had a leaky valve stem and replaced it for FREE!! I cannot be thankful enough for the team here. They were able to get us safely back on the road with no issues. If you are ever in need definitely stop here.”

“Admittedly, NAPA was my last resort. Walking in the small store, I didn’t hold much hope for a hose I was looking for. However despite the three big part store chains not being able to order it, no salvage yard had one, the internet showed no results, but NAPA was able to get it in, first thing the next morning, at a good price. Even the dealership was going to be three days. NAPA, I’m sorry I doubted you. It won’t happen again.”

“Great experience with Doc/this company! My keys were locked in the trunk (Walmart). My vehicle went into secure mode. We were out there for hours. No one could get the trunk open. Doc to the rescue! Doc contacted me prior to his arrival, to provide an estimated arrival time. He also provided a very detail description of the service he was going to provide. He arrived on time. He hopped out of his truck ready to provide a service. He was polite, kind, patient, funny, and professional. My children were with me, and he patiently interacted with them. YES sir and/or ma’am, I’d definitely recommend Doc and his company! #AllSmiles Thank you again for your help and advice”

“For those of you who know me, you know what my car means to me. I sold a red 2010 Camaro (I bought when they first came out) and bought my Camry. The color of my car represents Autism🌈and my grandson. On May 24th, a limb fell and shattered my panoramic sunroof. Long story short, my car had to have some major repairs. I cried for two days thinking they were going to total my car. Thankfully, it was repairable. The panoramic sunroof, hood & trunk were the worst. It took longer than I expected (again, if you know me, you know I stepped out of line when Jesus was passing out patience🙄) but lord when I tell you it was worth the wait, it was worth the wait. My car looks amazing! I am so happy I cried tears of joy coming home! I will always recommend Stacy Jennings @ Anniston Auto Trim. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.”

“Like most parts houses if it is in there computer they can help you, occasionally you will get someone that has actually worked on a car. Best if you look it up at their website before you go, if you can not find it on their website, they probably will not be able to help you there.”

“Always has great service however my new friend Weston took the time to explain to this novice about the part that my check engine light indicated and all but changed it except he didn't have the part in stock. Then went above and beyond, looking up part on computer then calling another O'Reillys so they would have it in hand when I made it to their store. Thanks again Weston for making my car repair most pleasant!!!”

“Karen Lakey and the paint and body specialist here are absolute rock stars!! I drove over 2 hours from Chattanooga with two small children for a morning appt to fix issues with a new vehicle I just bought from the area. Karen is a go-getter, super attentive to the fine details, full of southern hospitality, and kept me updated multiple times during vehicle wait. They fixed the vehicle issues, even found another issue and went ahead to take care of that as well. Who does that!? What a place!! When vehicle was brought out, they even had just car washed it! They treated my vehicle and family like their own, that is so uncommon. Most customer service experiences nowadays are below par, not this place — they went above and beyond. They are true gems! 🌟”

“When I walked in to AutoZone I was greeted right away and asked what I needed. I told the man and in less than a minute had gotten two types of what I asked for, both were great products and one with a big discount. I left happy and saved some cash. This man knows his products and was very helpful. I shall return when ever I need something for my car. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you. GLA.”

“I live in Georgia. I've had my Ram serviced at this location 3 times now. My experience been topnotch. Calling in to set an appointment is a breeze. The customer service is awesome. I went in recently and David Reynolds was very professional and actually put a smile on my face. He doesn't know how much that meant because I recently lost my husband and I haven't smiled for weeks. Thank you guys for the service you provided.”

“I showed up needing a battery change and an hour later I was on my way battery changed!!! I really appreciate the service I got from the auto service center that morning. I actually went to Oxford first but they were short handed and gave me quote if 2 and a hours and the service member recommended I go to Anniston because they have shorter wait times. Best advice I was given that morning. Please keep up the good work.”
