“Gray Brown has always been trusted with my family's burials and services. They go above and beyond and they do their best to keep you stress free. For instance, I had a Paul bearer not show up and without question, a director stepped in and helped. They were very understanding through my anger and sadness I expressed and also without question allowing me to do my moms Hair and make up myself. Their facility is beautiful but if anything at all I would have new carpets for the walking areas for them but their service rooms and chapel is just very beautiful. They take care of the flowers very well for you and never tried to talk us into anything. All Options were always layed out and they added a 4th song even for me when our package included 3 songs. They care. I will continue to use them for all my family. I'd like a special thank you to a part of your staff known as Mr Martin who was with us the whole time throughout our loss in the services and did a fine job at getting it all together for us. He had to put up with me and how distraught I was and that takes an angel and a miracle worker. I lost my mom, sister, provider, caretaker, and best friend all in one when I lost my mom. I was a mess.”
