“Constantly having to search for my son’s medication has been such a struggle - I’ve dealt with numerous rude (local, sadly) pharmacies.From my first call, to subsequent interactions with the employees of Auburn Pharmacy - Your pharmacy sets the customer service bar insanely high, and more businesses could benefit from shadowing y’all! I’ve never been to a pharmacy that is full of happy, down to Earth employees. The pharmacist was so patient with my questions too.Thank you all for easing my worries and being so incredibly nice.”

“Everyone here is great! They're fast, they're great at solving issues, and they'll remember you, even after just your first visit! Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. So you never know when you can go get them without calling directly, which I feel bad doing since I know they're busy! And if there's an issue, you'll show up and there'll be nothing to get! I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready.”

They have, not surprisingly, grown over the years and offer many additional products, services, etc. However, they STILL consistently provide the highest level of customer service. “My spouse fainted after the vaccination. The pharmacist was very helpful to provide comfort and care until my spouse is fully recovered.My young child got used to visits to "doctors" always end with a sticker. The staff at check-out overheard us explaining to our child that there is no sticker today. That staff called us back to give our child a sticker.These kind of care is what makes CVS our favourite pharmacy. Thank you to both the pharmacist and the check-out staff!”

“I am a sophomore at Auburn currently living at 221 Armstrong. I am in no way stretching the truth when I say that this CVS is the only thing standing between myself and severe hunger. I like to think of myself as a fairly optimistic guy, but even I know there are few sure things in this life. This CVS is one of those things. 24HRS 7 days a week. No games. The world could be ending and they would still be open. Scorched earth and they’re still in here serving the people. I hope to one day get married inside this CVS. Maybe raise my kids here, who knows.”

“Honestly, I wasn't expecting much but was actually surprised in a pleasant way about this Walmart Neighborhood Market. I did go earlier in the day so that likely helped. But parking was easy, the floors were gleaming and clutter-free, I could find what I wanted without tears, an employee asked if I needed help, and self-checkout worked smoothly. Prices are low since it's, you know, Walmart.”

Inventory fully stocked. quick checkout. sadly, We could not browse clothing either bc it seems you ordeted full staff to block every aisle and unload freight before closing preventimg anyone from buying anything. so we left! we do love Sam's, hate walmart so at some point we will.come back.”

Having a clean bathroom is always a plus, Kudos. Double lines for exiting the store is also a nice plus. We live in Louisiana and were passing through. I would stop ? again. Always an affordable break.”
