“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy and the people who make it so special. Mrs. Susie and Phillip are absolutely phenomenal. In a world where kindness and genuine care can be hard to find, they consistently go above and beyond to make every person feel valued, cared for, and important.
They are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also treat people with compassion, patience, and respect every single time. You can truly tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. No matter how busy they are, they always make time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is taken care of.
Mrs. Susie and Phillip help to create the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel more like family than just another customer. Their dedication, work ethic, and kindness do not go unnoticed, and this pharmacy is beyond blessed to have them. “I prefer this gas station due to prices and its a fairly quick in and out. You don't have to wait on people standing around too much not paying attention or congregating at the pumps, you get it and get out. The only thing I wish they did have was squeegees to wash your windshield with but I can understand the reasons why they might. I've seen people wash their cars with those things and that's what a car wash is for. Also they may not have more than one person on staff to keep up with the cleaning of the buckets and changing out damaged squeegees as well.”
“Everyone here is great! They're fast, they're great at solving issues, and they'll remember you, even after just your first visit! Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. So you never know when you can go get them without calling directly, which I feel bad doing since I know they're busy! And if there's an issue, you'll show up and there'll be nothing to get! I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready.”

“It’s been a super long day and my wife’s had an even longer one dealing with a UTI.. The pharmacist, Kaitlyn Parker, was fantastic. Kaitlyn floats between the Moore Mill pharmacy and the one here at Cary Creek. She is just exceptional. She is extremely familiar with the area, knows all the good offices, and made really great recommendations for who to ask for at them. Great job, Kaitlyn!! We are officially calling Publix out in town pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy is the best! I had previously gone to CVS where the dismissive pharmacist assured me that my medication was going to be over $100 and that there was no generic version. Cayla at the public pharmacy had my bill below $20 for the same medication in under an hour!!!!! She was so sweet, caring, and helpful! Did what the other pharmacy assured me was “impossible” in under an hour. I will never go anywhere else from now on!”

The techs here are all friendly and helpful, and Summer is the best pharmacist/pharmacy manager you could ask for - knowledgeable, efficient, no BS, and a surprising memory for patients. Store management, be sure to keep paying what it takes to keep her on board, and give your techs a raise while you're at it.”

If you need your prescriptions a little earlier make that call to the pharmacy they will do the best they can to make that happen. Feeling a little embarrassed about the medicine you are taking and have questions but really feel like you are too embarrassed to ask. Don't be these qualified pharmacist are there to help you and get you better. The Pharmacist nor Staff will let you leave until you have all your questions answered.”
“The merchandise was organized and displayed nicely. Having the drink cups within reach after ordering helped to keep the line moving. You were still serving hot dogs and my pretzel ? was hot! Having a clean bathroom is always a plus, Kudos. Double lines for exiting the store is also a nice plus. We live in Louisiana and were passing through. I would stop ? again. Always an affordable break.”

“I ran into some issues picking up photos. The manager working, Eric, stopped what he was doing to help me. He also went above and beyond and called a photo tech for help figuring out how to print my photos. He did all of this while still overseeing his employees and helping customers. It was clearly a stressful situation but he remained so kind and patient. He was also extremely apologetic. He ended up taking care of the issues and gave me the photos at no cost due to the very long wait in store. Whoever oversees Eric’s salary needs to give the man a RAISE!!!”
