He gave me a quote on the vehicle and value of our trade. We drove over from Georgia on Saturday morning and Don had the vehicle out front and ready to drive. While on the test drive they looked over our trade. When we decided to purchase it took less than 15 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were out the door. Truly amazing! “I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards”

“I pulled on top a cement parking divider and it caught my front bumper so when I backed out, it almost took it off! Mr. Holt was the nicest man providing a service that I've come in contact with in a long time! Stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my arrival, reattached my bumper while engaging in small talk and charged me reasonably. The kicker is that he saw my reservoir was empty and told me to get some anti-freeze not water to fill it. I had it in my trunk and he filled it for me, checked and filled my oil since I had it as well then sent me on my merry way! Customer Service unmatched! I'd give this business 100 stars for the gospel music playing!!!!!! Turned my frown upside down!! ?”
