“I went in and purchased a 2022 ram 3500 truck. Had a great experience, the sales staff were friendly and quite helpful. Took possession of the truck a they later the batteries were no good. Went back to the dealership. They gave me a brand new set of batteries to put in the truck. Always good with batteries. Made a 400 mile trip and the exhaust filter was full went into safe mode had to take it to the dealership where I was located. Made a call to Billy Ray they pay for it all. I recommend if you wanna purchase your next truck do it at this dealership. They will step up and make everything right even if you have a problem after getting down the road.
